Teaching Stipend. Individuals in positions identified by the Joint Advisory Job Evaluation Committee as meeting the criteria, shall receive a teaching stipend of three percent (3%) of their regular hourly rate. An additional rate of twelve dollars ($12.00) per hour will be paid on submission of timesheets for any hours beyond one hundred and four (104) in a teaching year. Any assignment involving teaching in excess of three hundred and twelve (312) hours per year shall require mutual agreement of the parties. For purposes of this calculation, the teaching year shall be defined as September 1 to August 31.
