Technical Data Package. Each (design and development) contract shall be completed with a Technical Data Package. For a contract with phases, the Technical Data Package shall be provided at the end of a phase in the case that the Agency decides not to proceed with the next phase. The Technical Data Package consists of the final versions of all approved technical documents.
Technical Data Package. The purchaser (Joint Munitions Command) will maintain and control the drawings, and all specification requirements. Drawings will be provided to the contractor. The solicitation will indicate the process in which contractors must follow to receive copies. “B” Size Drawings will be available at the request of the contractor. The Technical Data Package has to be delivered in one unbound and 4 bound copies together with the final version of the Summary Report.

Technical Data Package. 5.8.2.1 The Contractor shall design and/or modify engineering drawings as specified in the delivery order using Pro- Engineer, AutoCAD, or similar software. Drawings shall be delivered in the format prescribed in the delivery order.
5.8.2.2 The Contractor shall review, maintain, and distribute engineering data as specified in the delivery order.
Technical Data Package. (TDP) - Means the Buyer approved and released specification and drawings that allow Seller to purchase materials build and test the system.
Technical Data Package. The Contractor shall generate and update the required documentation for Government review and approval, IAW CDRL B900, for all NW SIF software development, integration, production and sustainment activities, and facility and software development infrastructure requirements. The CDRLs listed throughout this PWS are considered part of the technical data package. This documentation shall be completed, including Government approved, by end of year three (36 months) after award and tracked on the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS). The documentation shall be updated, as required, to maintain currency and accuracy, throughout the life of the contract.

Technical Data Package. The Parties will agree to establish a continental U.S. location to hold a technical data package and escrowed software code (“TDP”). Assuming that there are variations that will exist between components of TCOM Systems, upgrades, etc., there should be a TDP for each unique TCOM System for each fixed TCOM Facility for each Location or for each Mobile TCOM Unit. This TDP can be used by an authorized contractor, such as but not limited to the use of Technip, that will have the responsibility for the entire equipment installation and possibly the operations of a given TCOM Facility to assure all Parties that a consistent, duplicable, process for construction and parts replacement specifications accurately exists and can be utilized in case of a situation wherein either Mx. Xxxxxx is incapacitated, otherwise engaged so as to be unavailable, or is deceased. The Parties will also agree to provide for inclusion in the secure escrow location, a copy of the software source code used to operate the TCOM System, including copies of all software upgrades, for the benefit of the Joint Venture upon the need to access, modify or duplicate the software program to operate each specific fixed TCOM Facility or Mobile TCOM Unit. Title to the TDP and the software source code for a specific fixed TCOM Facility or Mobile TCOM Unit shall be transferred to the Joint Venture when the fixed TCOM Facility and/or each Mobile Unit is ready for commercial production of its intended by-products.
Technical Data Package. Should Option CLIN 0002 be exercised, the Contractor shall provide the Technical Data Packaging in accordance with CDRL A018. The Technical Data Package description supports acquisition, production, inspection, engineering and logistics of the item, and will include applicable technical data, such as: models, drawings, associated lists, engineering design data and additional items referenced in DI-80776B.
