Technical Data Package definition

Technical Data Package means the automated independent audit system’s description, software source code, executables, software configuration management system, description for creating the election definition and its required input and output, and description of the scanning devices.
Technical Data Package or “TDP” means data that is used in the production of firearms or accessories for firearms, including, but not limited to, engineering drawings, three dimensional CAD models, associated lists, material specifications, product specifications, tooling and gauging, including associated drawings and models, assembly instructions, fixtures, including associated drawings, engineering change information, previous revision information, process specifications and standards, as may be revised from time to time.
Technical Data Package means the technical data package for the split coil, superconducting magnet that is currently being manufactured for ViewRay by [***] for use in the ViewRay MRI Guided Radiation Therapy System.
