Technical Data Package definition

Technical Data Package means the automated independent audit system’s description, software source code, executables, software configuration management system, description for creating the election definition and its required input and output, and description of the scanning devices.

Technical Data Package or “TDP” means data that is used in the production of firearms or accessories for firearms, including, but not limited to, engineering drawings, three dimensional CAD models, associated lists, material specifications, product specifications, tooling and gauging, including associated drawings and models, assembly instructions, fixtures, including associated drawings, engineering change information, previous revision information, process specifications and standards, as may be revised from time to time.

Technical Data Package means the technical data package for the split coil, superconducting magnet that is currently being manufactured for ViewRay by [***] for use in the ViewRay MRI Guided Radiation Therapy System. The TDP includes, detailed mechanical drawings, assembly drawings, component specification drawings, xxxx of materials, electrical schematics, assembly drawings, specifications relating to all of the foregoing (including the Specifications), and the acceptance test procedures used by ViewRay and [***] for such magnet.

Examples of Technical Data Package in a sentence

Technical Data Package means a written technical disclosure of the design of a product or modification to a product of a Party hereto, which may include, but is not limited to, electrical schematic and timing diagrams, mechanical drawings, functional specifications, computer source code and user and operator manuals, and optionally including an operational specimen of the product (to the extent available) which a Party may elect to submit pursuant to Section 3.19 or 15.11 to the Escrow Agent of the other Party.
