The supplier has experience in the supply of similar goods and cooperation with other international organizations (INGOs, UN).- will be evaluated based upon the experience letter/Delivery notes from the respected agencies (2 minimum experience letter/proof of delivery – One must be WFP) Quality of samples: Bidders will need to meet Mercy Corps’ required specifications and quality assurance criteria. Samples should not contain any branding of the bidding vendor. (Specification of the items will be checked against the catalogue or pictures submitted.) Warehouse should be well-equipped to store Food Items (this will be checked against the documentation and pictures provided – ie raised pallets, ventilation, fire safety standards.) Financial Strength: Minimum one contract with value >$100,000 with WFP / NGO with similar kit.
