Technical Services & Support Sample Clauses

Technical Services & Support. The right to use certain dedicated technical services and support as offered by us such as VLAN setup, equipment colocation, dedicated and/or routed public IP addresses, dedicated hardline connections, and technical consulting services and support. From time to time, at your request, we or an affiliate may help troubleshoot problems you may have in trying to access certain functionalities, such as printing or accessing the Internet, and in connection therewith it may be necessary for us to install software on your computer. Regarding the foregoing, you agree that we and our affiliates (i) are not responsible for any damage to your computer in connection with such technical support or downloading and installation of any software; (ii) do not assume any liability or warranty in the event that any manufacturer warranties are voided; and (iii) do not offer any verbal or written warranty, either expressed or implied, regarding the success of any technical support.
Technical Services & Support. CLARiENT will offer post training on site startup support which can be used as follows:
Technical Services & SupportThe Contractor shall apply program/project management, business, financial management, corporate operations, administrative and analytic techniques to support facilitating, planning, organizing, staffing, integrating, controlling and leading team efforts in the overall management through the entire acquisition and sustainment lifecycle of the weapon system program. The overarching objective of the work is to support the program goals through development, production, deployment, operations, support and disposal. 3.1.1.1 Foreign Military Sales (FMS) The Contractor shall, with other members of the Security Cooperation team, and under direction of the Case Manager/Program Manager/Team Lead, provide FMS Casework Management and support for various FMS programs by providing FMS unique support and services in accordance with the Arms Export Control Act, the Security Assistance Management Manual (SAMM), and the International Traffic in Arms Regulation (ITAR), as well as, DoD Acquisition policy guidance.

Related to Technical Services & Support

  • Technical Services Party B will provide technical services and training to Party A, taking advantage of Party B’s advanced network, website and multimedia technologies to improve Party A’s system integration. Such technical services shall include: (a) administering, managing and maintaining Party A’s information application system and website system infrastructure; (b) providing system optimization plans and implementing optimization features; (c) assuring the security and reliability of the website application systems; (d) procuring, installing and supporting the relevant products produced by Party B, and providing training in the use of those products; (e) managing and maintaining all network and providing technologies to assure the reliability and efficiency thereof; (f) providing information technology services and assuring the reliable operation of the information infrastructure.

  • Technical Support Services 2.1 The technical support services (the "Services"): Party A agrees to provide to Party B the relevant services requested by Party B, which are specified in Exhibit 1 attached hereto ("Exhibit 1").

  • TAX SUPPORT SERVICES BNY Mellon shall provide the following tax support services for each Fund:  Provide various data and reports as agreed upon in the SLDs to support TRP’s tax reporting and tax filing obligations, including: · Wash sales reporting; · QDI reporting; · DRD reporting; · PFIC analysis; · Straddle analysis; · Paydown adjustments; · Equalization debit adjustments · Tax compliance under §851, §817(h); · Foreign bond sale analysis (§988); · Troubled debt analysis; · Estimation of income for excise tax purposes; · Swap analysis; · Inflation adjustments; · §1256 adjustments; · Market discount analysis; OID adjustments; · CPDI analysis; · Shareholder tax reporting information (e.g. FTC, UGG income, foreign source income by country, exempt income by state);  Provide data, and reports based on such data, maintained by BNY Mellon on its fund accounting platform as reasonably requested by TRP to support TRP’s obligations to comply with requests from tax authorities and TRP’s tax reporting and tax filing obligations.  Assist with other tax-related data needs as mutually agreed upon in writing from time-to-time.

  • Monitoring Services IDT staff shall, using methods that include face-to-face and other contacts with the member, monitor the services a member receives. This monitoring shall ensure that: a. The member receives the services and supports authorized, arranged for and coordinated by the IDT staff; b. The services and supports identified in the MCP as being provided by natural and community supports are being provided; and c. The quality of the services and supports received is adequate and still necessary to continue to meet the needs and preferences of the member and support the member’s outcomes identified in the MCP.

  • Operations Support Systems (OSS) 47.1. Embarq will offer unbundled access to Embarq’s operations support systems to the extent technically feasible in a non-discriminatory manner at Parity. OSS consists of pre- ordering, ordering, provisioning, maintenance and repair, and billing functions supported by Embarq’s databases and information. The OSS element includes access to all loop qualification information contained in Embarq’s databases or other records, including information on whether a particular loop is capable of providing advanced services.

  • Administrative Support Services Fees Within forty-five (45) days of the end of each calendar quarter or at such other period as deemed appropriate by the Distributor, the Fund will make payments in the aggregate amount of up to 0.25% on an annual basis of the average during the period of the aggregate net asset value of the Shares computed as of the close of each business day (the “Service Fee”). Such Service Fee payments received from the Fund will compensate the Distributor for providing administrative support services with respect to Accounts. The administrative support services in connection with Accounts may include, but shall not be limited to, the administrative support services that a Recipient may render as described in Section 3(b)(i) below.

  • Provider Services Charges for the following Services when ordered by a Physician for the treatment of an Injury or Illness.

  • Network Services Local Access Services In lieu of any other rates and discounts, Customer will pay fixed monthly recurring local loop charges ranging from $1,200 to $2,000 for TDM-based DS-3 Network Services Local Access Services at 2 CLLI codes mutually agreed upon by Customer and Company.

  • Verizon Operations Support Systems Verizon systems for pre- ordering, ordering, provisioning, maintenance and repair, and billing.
