Teleconferencing. By mutual consent of the Employer, employee, and the Union, if requested by the employee, discussions under Sections 1 of this Article may be accomplished by telephone if a Union representative is unable to be physically present at such meetings/discussions.
Teleconferencing. Directors may participate in a meeting through teleconferencing or similar means, provided all Directors participating in the meeting can hear one another. Participation in a meeting by telephone or through similar communications equipment shall constitute physical presence at the meeting.
Teleconferencing. The required participation of special education teachers and/or related service providers in EPCs and CSE reviews may be accomplished via teleconferencing at the discretion of the appropriate Superintendent. If the teleconference occurs during a teacher’s preparation period, or during an administrative period in which he or she is relieved, compensation will be paid at the coverage rate. If the teleconference occurs on other than school time, compensation at the applicable per session rate will be paid.
Teleconferencing. A Trustee Council meeting may be convened by telephone conference call. Should a Trustee Council representative(s) be unable to travel to a meeting, then that representative(s) may palticipate by telephone conference and may vote by telephone on any issue requiring a vote by the voting East Xxxxxx River Trustee Council members. However, nothing in this MOU is intended as, nor shall it be construed to be, a general waiver of any attorney-client privilege or any protection afforded under the work product doctrine or any other doctrine or privilege under applicable law that has been or may be asserted in this matter and shall be without prejudice to any assertion of privilege or protect ion as to other documents or communications concerning the same or s imil ar subject matter(s). The parties to this MOU further agree that whenever a request fo r production of any written communication is received pursuant to any applicable Federal or State law, the request will be fo rwarded for response to the Trustee to which any privilege or protection may apply, whose representatives originally generated or contributed to the record requested. Nothing contained herein shall be construed as prohibiting or restraining a Trustee or the East Xxxxxx River Trustee Council from agreeing to release any record. Nothing contained herein shall be construed as requiring a Trustee or the East Xxxxxx River Trustee Council to release privileged or protected conununications.
Teleconferencing. A Clovis Trustee Council meeting may be convened by telephone conference call, and the Council may take any action authorized during such call, as if authorized in person.
Teleconferencing. The Members, the Board of Directors, and the Members of a class with regard to meetings of that class, and the directors of any Specific Project, may use teleconferencing in connection with any meeting in conformance with, and to the extent authorized by, the Xxxxx X. Xxxxx Act.
Teleconferencing. Unless a written waiver exempting the Contractor from participating in the teleconferencing network is issued by the RBHA, the Contractor is expected to fully participate in the teleconferencing network to increase and enhance clinical and health promotion services to members and to increase training opportunities for staff. The Contractor shall meet all of the terms and conditions of the RBHA teleconferencing network as stipulated in the teleconference agreement between the RBHA and the Contractor.
