Telephone Expenses. 1. When an employee is specifically required by the Trustees to have a telephone in his/her residence, the Trustees shall pay nine dollars ($9.00) of the basic monthly charge. These payments shall be made on a semi-annual basis in January and July and shall be pro-rated for those employees who become eligible or terminate MCC System service between the semi-annual payments. Those entitled to the nine dollar ($9.00) per month payments include but are not limited to employees in the classifications of: Auto Mechanic Boiler Operator Facilities Maintenance Supervisor Maintenance Mechanic Supervisor Maintenance Mechanic Plumber II
