COORDINATION WITH THE CITY. 7.1 Consultant shall hold periodic conferences with City representative(s) through the end of a project. A project shall have the full benefit of City's experience and knowledge of existing needs and facilities and be consistent with City’s current policies and standards. To assist Consultant in this project coordination, City shall make available for Consultant's use in planning for a project all existing plans, maps, statistics, computations and other data in City’s possession, relative to existing facilities and to a particular project, at no cost to Consultant. However, any and all such information shall remain the property of City and immediately shall be returned by Consultant upon termination or the completion of a project or if so instructed by City.
COORDINATION WITH THE CITY. Licensee must coordinate all its installation, construction and other work on or about the License Area with the City so as to avoid any interference (physical, electronic or otherwise) with any existing utilities, substructures, facilities, City Property and the City’s municipal operations.
COORDINATION WITH THE CITY. Grantee shall coordinate with the City before beginning the Work and throughout the project, to ensure that the Work to be performed meets all City requirements. Grant funding is expressly contingent on such coordination.
COORDINATION WITH THE CITY. The City has designated _Chris Xxxxx , Applications Manager as the Project Coordinator through whom the Consultant shall coordinate all work efforts and meetings pertaining to the Project for the City. The Consultant shall attend meetings at the City of Georgetown as determined by the Project Coordinator, in accordance with the Scope of Services (Exhibit "A") which is attached and thereby made a part of this contract.
COORDINATION WITH THE CITY. CONSULTANT shall maintain communication with the City through in-person meetings and via voice and email.
