Common use of Telephone On-Call Clause in Contracts

Telephone On-Call. 10.5.1 Where an employee is rostered on an on-call roster and receives a work- related telephone call where the issue of patient care can be resolved over the telephone, and that does not result in a call back, they shall be entitled to payment of $10.00 per call (regardless of the duration of the telephone call).
