Temporary changes by Municipality. Notwithstanding any other provision in this Agreement, the Municipality reserves the right to set, adjust or change the approved schedule of Work by the Company for the purpose of coordinating or managing any major events or activities, including the restriction of any Work during those restricted time periods; provided however, that any such adjustment or change shall be conducted so as minimize interruption to the Company’s operations. The Municipality shall use its commercially reasonable efforts to provide to the Company forty-eight (48) hours advance written notice of any change to the approved schedule of Work, except that, in the case of any Emergency, the Municipality shall provide such advance notice as is reasonably possible in the circumstances.
