Temporary Emergency Building Changes. 1. In cases of unavoidable and/or unpredictable emergencies that threaten the health and safety of students and staff, the Superintendent may close all or part of any building(s) and/or adjust hours, terms and/or conditions of employment while addressing the emergency. It is understood that addressing the emergency is to be done as expeditiously as possible with the goal to return to the regular building(s) with regular hours, terms and conditions of employment.
