Temporary Job Openings Section 10. 9.1. Employees within a kitchen shall have the first opportunity to fill temporary job openings and to meet overtime requirements. Such assignment will be made on a rotating seniority basis. In the event that the assignment cannot be filled in this manner, the assignment will be made from a district wide rotating list signed by interested employees.
