Temporary Or Probationary Formal Observation. Every temporary or probationary unit member being evaluated shall have at least two formal scheduled classroom observations. The first formal observation shall be scheduled no later than 50 instructional days after the start of the school year and the second formal observation shall be scheduled no later than 110 instructional days after the start of the school year.
