TEMPORARY ROADWAYS. The CONSTRUCTION MANAGER shall maintain, if not specifically specified in the Contract Documents, all temporary roads used for the Work of the Project keeping the surfaces of these roadways free from mounds, depressions, and obstructions of any kind including snow. He shall apply calcium chloride or other material as required to control dust. The CONSTRUCTION MANAGER shall allow all persons engaged in the Project, including Architects, Engineers, OWNER, and materialmen and all Contractors employed on the Project free use of all temporary roads provided under this Contract.
