Temporary Schedule Changes. Employees’ workweeks and/or work schedules may be temporarily changed with prior documented written work schedule change notice from the Employer and a copy provided to the employee. A temporary schedule change is defined as a change lasting twenty-one (21) calendar days or less. Overtime-eligible employees will receive seven (7) calendar days’ written notice of any temporary schedule change. The day that notification is given is considered the first day of notice. Notice will normally be given to the affected employees during their scheduled working hours. If an affected employee is on extended leave, notice may be sent to the employee’s last known address. Adjustments in the hours of work of daily work shifts during a workweek do not constitute a temporary schedule change.
