Tenant Approvals. Anything submitted to Landlord by Tenant or Tenant's Representative shall be deemed to have the prior approval of Tenant. Furthermore, anything submitted to Tenant or Tenant's Representative for approval which is not disapproved within five (5) business days of receipt of the submission shall be deemed approved in all respects. The five (5) business day response period does not extend the dates set forth in the Work Schedule for such approvals, unless the Work Schedule allows additional time.
Tenant Approvals. Tenant shall obtain all necessary permits, licenses and approvals to operate the Leased Premises in the for the Permitted Use. Tenant promptly shall provide, upon receipt of any such permits, licenses and approvals, Landlord with a copy of the same.
Tenant Approvals. Developer shall have complete and exclusive control over the leasing of property which it owns within the Redevelopment Area including, without limitation, the fixing of rentals and the selection or rejection of tenants; provided, however, that the City shall have the right to review and approve tenants for all areas within the Redevelopment Area for leases of spaces of 35,000 square feet or larger until the Redevelopment Plan is terminated. The City’s review and approval of said tenants shall be based on a determination by the City Council or its designee that the location of a particular tenant in the Redevelopment Area will, at a minimum, meet the following criteria:
(1) The tenant will promote the economic viability and growth of the Redevelopment Area and the City as a whole by providing that a variety of quality and/or upscale goods and services (as determined by City) are available in the City to serve the needs of the residents, including those residents who may currently be meeting such needs making purchases at retail facilities located outside of the City.

(3) The tenant will not result in the relocation of an existing business in the City into the Redevelopment Area, thereby reducing the tax revenues generated for the affected taxing jurisdictions by the existing business at its current location and/or reducing the revenues that would otherwise be generated within the Redevelopment Area and deposited into the Special Allocation Fund for purposes of assisting in funding the Redevelopment Project Costs. A list of pre-approved tenants submitted by the Developer and hereby approved by the City Council in accordance with the above criteria is attached hereto as Exhibit G. Developer shall not lease any space of 35,000 square feet or larger within the Redevelopment Area to any tenant not approved by City.
Tenant Approvals. Notwithstanding anything in the Lease to the contrary, if Tenant is unable to obtain licenses, building permits, signage permits, variances, subdivision approvals, special use permits and other governmental approvals necessary to construct and operate a Bad Daddy’s Burger Bar restaurant within ____ days after Landlord’s approval of Tenant’s build-out plans, Tenant may terminate this Lease by written notice to Landlord, effective as of the date of delivery of written notice to Landlord thereof and any remaining security deposit shall be returned to Tenant, and any rentals paid in advance shall be prorated accordingly.
Tenant Approvals. Tenant shall obtain all necessary permits, licenses and approvals to operate the Leased Premises in the manner described hereunder. At Landlord’s request, Tenant promptly upon receipt shall provide, upon receipt of any such permits, licenses and approvals, Landlord with a copy of the same. For clarity, nothing contained in this Section 3.2 is intended to or shall be deemed to modify or waive Landlord’s obligation under Section 15.2 below to obtain all permits, licenses and approvals to construct Landlord’s Work.
Tenant Approvals. No approval by Tenant under this Workletter shall be deemed effective unless it is issued in writing on behalf of Tenant by such representative of Tenant as shall be designated by Tenant from time to time by written notice to Landlord. Tenant hereby designates Xxxx Xxxx Associates, Inc. at 0000 X.X. 000xx Xxxxxx, Xxxx Xxxxxx Xxxx, XX 00000 (telephone number: 206/000-0000; fax number: 206/000-0000) as its initial representative for purposes of this Section 9.
Tenant Approvals. Landlord is performing all Laboratory Space and Office Space buildout work. Therefore, Tenant shall cooperate with Landlord to obtain all necessary permits, licenses and approvals to build out and operate the Leased Premises in the manner described hereunder. Landlord promptly shall provide, upon receipt of any such permits, licenses and approvals, Tenant with a copy of the same.
Tenant Approvals. Tenant is performing all of the Fourth Floor Space Work. Therefore, Landlord shall cooperate with Tenant in all reasonable respects to obtain all necessary permits, licenses and approvals to complete the Fourth Floor Space Work and operate the Leased Premises in the manner described hereunder. Tenant promptly shall provide, upon receipt of any such permits, licenses and approvals, Landlord with a copy of the same.
Tenant Approvals. In all instances where Tenant is required to approve an item, if no written notice of disapproval is given within the stated time period at the end of said period the item shall automatically be deemed approved and the next succeeding time period shall commence. Except as otherwise provided all references herein to a “number of days” shall mean and refer to calendar days.
Tenant Approvals. Tenant shall have the right to approve all architectural plans and specifications prior to commencement of construction by Landlord. Tenant shall respond promptly to Landlord to requests for information and approvals to facilitate completion of said plans and specifications.
