Tenant Benefits Package. In addition to the monthly rent, a monthly fee of $39 is due on or before the first of each month without demand for the Tenant Benefits Package. Features of the Tenant Benefits Package include but are not limited to: $100,000 Tenant Liability Insurance Coverage; 24 Hour Maintenance Coordination Services; Utility Concierge Setup; Multiple Payment Options including Free Online Rental Payments; Included Tenant Portal for Maintenance, Electronic Payment Options, Electronic Statements, Lease Documents, etc.; Credit Reporting for All Rental Payments to Experian’s RentBureau; Pest Management Services; and One Time Late Fee and Returned Payment Fee Forgiveness. If Xxxxxx X. Xxxxx & Company is no longer the property manager, the monthly fee for the Tenant Benefits Package is no longer due and tenant will not have Tenant Liability Insurance Coverage required by this agreement and all other benefits associated with the Tenant Benefits Package will cease.

  • Workplace Safety Insurance Benefits (WSIB) Top Up Benefits If the employee is in a class of employees that, on August 31, 2012, was entitled to use unused sick leave credits for the purpose of topping up benefits received under the Workplace Safety and Insurance Act, 1997;

  • ELHT Benefits The Parties agree that since all active eligible employees have now transitioned to the OSSTF ELHT all references to existing life, health and dental benefits plans in the applicable local collective agreement for active eligible employees shall be removed from that local agreement. Post Participation Date, the following shall apply:

  • Retirement Benefits Due to either investment or employment during the marriage, either the Husband or Wife: (check one) ☐ - DO NOT have retirement plans. ☐ - HAVE retirement plans.   • Layoff Benefits All rights to which a certificated employee was entitled at the time of his/her layoff including unused accumulated sick leave and credits toward leave eligibility will be restored to the certificated employee upon his/her return to active employment, and the certificated employee will be placed upon the proper step of the salary schedule for the certificated employee's current position according to the certificated employee's experience and education.

  • STAFF BENEFITS 7.1.1 The present staff benefits consisting of the University of Manitoba Pension Plan (1993), Group Term Life Insurance Plan, Group Term Dependent Insurance Plan, Accidental Death and Dismemberment (Basic), Accidental Death and Dismemberment (Voluntary), University of Manitoba Long-Term Disability Income Plan, Group Health Insurance Policy 20778 GH (including the Health Care Spending Account), Group Dental Plan Policy 67000, and the University Employee Assistance Program shall continue to cover eligible Members for the duration of this Agreement.

  • Death Benefits Upon the Executive's death during the Contract Period, his estate shall not be entitled to any further benefits under this Agreement.

  • Severance Allowance A laid-off employee shall be entitled to severance allowance pursuant to Article 55.

  • Superior Benefits Employees receiving benefits and/or wages specified in this Agreement, superior to those provided in this Agreement, shall remain at the superior benefit level which was in effect on the effective date of this Agreement, until such time as such superior benefits are surpassed by the benefits and/or wages provided in succeeding agreements. This provision applies only to employees on staff as of the effective date of this Agreement.

  • Program Benefits Under the Probation Status, the Participating Contractor will be eligible for all contractor incentives, its customers will have access to financing offered through the Program, and income- eligible households will be eligible to receive Program incentives.
