Antennas. Two 8' UHX antennas (facing Xxxxxxxxx) and two 8' UHX antennas (facing Xxxxxxx) are to be provided and installed.
Antennas. Any antenna or satellite dish placed on or attached on the roof or exterior walls of the building without consent of the Owner’s Agent / Landlord in writing is liable to removal without notice. Any repairs require due to removal will be charged directly to tenant.
Antennas. Cable Television service is provided at the expense of the tenant and no TV antennas, C.B. antennas or other types of antennas or satellite dishes may be erected on or near the Site without written approval of the landlord.

Antennas. Radio, television, telecommunications or other exterior appurtenances may not be installed without the express written consent of the City.
Antennas. There is to be no antennas for any purpose unless written consent is obtained from Community Management.
Antennas. Tenant shall have the right, at Tenant's sole cost and expense, to install a satellite receiving antenna, cellular telephone antennas to enhance cellular telephone signals within the Building, and related equipment on the roof of the Building for Tenant's exclusive use. Installation of the antennas shall be subject to all of the requirements of Section 11 including Landlord's reasonable consent. Landlord's consent to the installation of any antennas may be reasonably conditioned upon Tenant's receipt of all governmentally required rights, licenses and approvals for the installation and use of the antennas; the installation of roof-screening or other aesthetic modifications required to minimize the visual appearance of the satellite antennas; to the extent necessary, Landlord's review of an electrical engineer report obtained by Tenant confirming that Tenant's antennas will not cause any radio frequency interference with existing antennas or communications facilities at Central Research Park and, to the extent necessary in Landlord's reasonable discretion, the use of Landlord's structural engineer, electrical engineer, Building engineer, architect, roofing contractor or other consultants or contractors in the location and installation of the satellite antenna to avoid the violation or limitation of any third party rights and/or warranties or structural impairment of the roof or Building. Plans for the antennas shall be designed in such a manner as to minimize radio frequency and visual impacts to the greatest extent possible and shall avoid any exterior cable trays or other equipment on the facie of the Building. Tenant shall reimburse Landlord for all costs reasonably associated with the review and approval of any antenna installations. Tenant shall maintain and operate the antennas in a manner which will not injure or annoy, nor cause radio frequency interference, with occupants of the buildings adjacent to the Building nor the general public. Upon removal of any such antennas, Tenant shall remove any and all structural improvements required for installation and shall repair any damage to the Building or roof resulting from such removal. Except for sublessees of no less than twenty-five percent (25%) of the Rentable Area or assignees of the Lease, the right to install the antennas granted herein shall be personal to Tenant named herein and cannot be assigned or transferred.
Antennas. Tenant shall not install, erect, or place any antennas or the structures for any antennas without the prior written approval of the Airport Manager, which approval shall not be unreasonably withheld. The approval by the Airport Manager is required in addition to approvals required by any other official, agency, department or board under local, state or federal ordinances or law, including but not limited to the Lebanon code office and its zoning and planning boards or departments. Such additional approvals required are beyond the control of the Airport Manager.
Antennas. Except to the extent pre-empted by law, no television, satellite, or radio antenna, receiver, or transmitter, shall be placed on a Lot or Unit, unless approved in advance by the Developer or the Association, and subject to such rules and regulations as the Association may adopt from time to time.
Antennas. PathNet shall furnish all antennas and antenna mounting hardware for securing the antennas to the towers. The antennas will be installed on the towers by PathNet and PathNet has the right to install the antennas with space diversity. PathNet's antennas are to be mounted at positions on Texaco-owned towers to be noted in the agreed-upon system design documents. The antenna positions, loading and frequencies are set forth on Schedule K.
