Antennas. Two 8' UHX antennas (facing Maple), two 8' UHX antennas (facing Plymouth) and two UHX antennas (facing South Bend) are to be provided and installed.
Antennas. Two 8' UHX antennas (Bonneville Point) and two 8' UHX antennas (Xxxxxxx) are being provided.
Antennas. Cable Television service is provided at the expense of the tenant and no TV antennas, C.B. antennas or other types of antennas or satellite dishes may be erected on or near the Site without written approval of the landlord.
Antennas. Any antenna or satellite dish placed on or attached on the roof or exterior walls of the building without consent of the Owner’s Agent / Landlord in writing is liable to removal without notice. Any repairs require due to removal will be charged directly to tenant.
Antennas. Tenant will have the right to use the roof of the Building for the installation and operation of antennas and related facilities ("Antennas"), subject to the prior written approval of Lessor as to the location, nature, design, appearance and size of the Antennas. If Antennas are installed by Tenan t, Tenant will not commit or permit any act or omission which results in the violation of any law, governmental regulation, or insurance policy of Lessor, relating to the Building. Tenant will not permit any conduct or condition which may unduly disturb or endanger occupants of any other building. Any installation of Tenant's Antennas ("Antenna Work") will be completed by Tenant, at Tenant's expense, in strict accordance with plans approved in writing by Lessor, and no modifications, additions or alterations will be made without Lessor's prior written consent, which consent will not be unre asonably withheld. Aesthetic concerns will be deemed valid reasons for withholding consent. All working drawings for Antenna Work will be prepared by Tenant at Tenant's expense and will be submitted to Lessor for approval. All Antenna Work will be done in a good and workmanlike manner and as exp editiously as possible. Tenant's installation and use of the Antennas will be subject to the following (the "Conditions"):
(a) No Antennas may be installed without Lessor's prior written approval. Lessor's approval will not be unreasonably withheld or delayed so long as the work complies with the plans approved by Lessor and Tenant is not in default under this Lease and so long as all other conditions set forth in thi s Section are met.
(b) Tenant will submit the working drawings for the Antenna Work and the Antennas to Lessor at least 20 days before the date the Antenna Work is to commence.
(c) Tenant will provide Lessor with evidence acceptable to Lessor that the Antennas and their proposed installation comply with all applicable laws, ordinances, rules and regulations, and that Tenant has obtained any licenses, permits or other governmental consents or approvals required for the ins tallation or use of the Antennas and the other Antenna Work.
(d) Upon request, Tenant will provide Lessor with evidence acceptable to Lessor that the Antennas are owned or leased by Tenant and that the installation of the Antennas will comply with all provisions of this Lease relating to alterations.

Antennas. Radio, television, telecommunications or other exterior appurtenances may not be installed without the express written consent of the City.
Antennas. There is to be no antennas for any purpose unless written consent is obtained from Community Management.
Antennas. Tenant shall not install, erect, or place any antennas or the structures for any antennas without the prior written approval of the Airport Manager, which approval shall not be unreasonably withheld. The approval by the Airport Manager is required in addition to approvals required by any other official, agency, department or board under local, state or federal ordinances or law, including but not limited to the Lebanon code office and its zoning and planning boards or departments. Such additional approvals required are beyond the control of the Airport Manager.
Antennas. The registered proprietor shall not Construct on the Lot a television or radio antennae unless it is wholly contained within the roof space of the residence between the ceiling and the underside of the roof or, if that is not possible and the antenna has to be mounted on the roof of the residence, then unless the antenna is mounted on a rear facing section of the roof of the residence such that the antenna is completely screened from Public View.
Antennas. All equipment must be high-quality, meeting applicable safety standards, modern in design, and attractive in appearance, all as approved by the City.
(a) All antennas and associated cables, connectors, and hardware shall be placed within a shroud or equivalent, which shall be painted to match the associated pole.
(b) The antennas and related equipment shall be constructed out of non-reflective materials, painted and/or textured to match the existing support structure and painted to blend with their surroundings. Paint shall be reviewed and shown on the Approved Plans and Specifications.
(c) Exposed cabling shall be minimized. All conduits, conduit attachments, cables, wires and other connectors shall be placed within the pole when feasible, or otherwise concealed from public view. A maximum of one (1) antenna shroud per pole is allowed (excluding any radio relay unit shroud), unless otherwise approved by the Planning Manager.
(d) Any fiber optic cable or wiring connecting the antenna to the equipment cabinet or pedestal shall be placed within a shroud or equivalent or inside the pole, where feasible, and shall be located underground to the equipment cabinet.
(e) Except as otherwise provided herein, all conduit, cable and wiring shall be located underground.
(f) The height of a pole, including any pole-mounted equipment, shall not exceed more than six (6) feet above the height of the average City Pole in the area, as determined by the City Engineer.
