TENANT COOPERATION. TENANT(S) agrees to cooperate with LANDLORD or his/her agent in showing property to prospective tenants, prior to termination of occupancy. LANDLORD will endeavor to notify TENANT(S) of all prospective showings.
TENANT COOPERATION. Xxxxxx agrees to cooperate with Xxxxxxxx/Agent in showing property to prospective tenant prior to termination of occupancy.
TENANT COOPERATION. Tenant shall, upon the request of Landlord or any Facility Mortgagee(s), and to the extent in Tenant’s possession, (i) provide Landlord and/or any Facility Mortgagee(s) with copies of all licenses, permits, occupancy agreements, operating agreements, leases, contracts, notes, inspection reports, studies, appraisals, assessments, default or other notices and similar materials reasonably requested in connection with any existing or proposed financing of the Resort or the Leased Property, and (ii) execute such reasonable collateral assignments with respect to the licenses and any of the other aforementioned agreements relating to the Resort or the Leased Property as Landlord and/or such Facility Mortgagee(s) may reasonably request in connection with any such financing, provided that no such collateral assignment shall modify the terms of this Lease.
TENANT COOPERATION. Tenant agrees to cooperate with landlord in showing property to prospective tenants or buyers prior to termination of occupancy. The landlord may also display “for rent” or “for sale” signs on the premises as needed.
TENANT COOPERATION. If Landlord makes the Landlord Required Repairs pursuant to paragraphs A or B of this Section, Tenant shall cooperate with Landlord's efforts to complete the Required Repairs, including, without limitation and if necessary, vacating all or a portion of the Premises to the extent Landlord reasonably determines it necessary in order to complete the Required Repairs or protect occupants of the Premises.

TENANT COOPERATION. Tenant and guests of Tenant agree to cooperate with the Landlord in all efforts and course of actions required to erase and control any pest/bedbug infestation. Tenant’s full cooperation shall include but is not limited to; immediately reporting any pest infestation including that of bedbugs to the Landlord, and permitting any entry to complete any inspections, pre-treatment and treatment to eliminate any pests and/or bedbugs. Tenant understands and agrees not to remove any personal items from the infected unit until treatment is complete, unless directed to do so by a pest management professional. Tenant will follow all directions and perform any critical actions to comply with all the post treatment requirements to keep the leased premises pest free and minimize any re-infestations. Tenant agrees not to self-treat the unit; all treatments must be completed by a pest management professional that is approved by management.
TENANT COOPERATION. Xxxxxx agrees to cooperate with Landlord in showing Leased Premises to prospective tenants, prior to termination of occupancy. Tenant Insurance. Landlord will not be liable for any loss of Xxxxxx’s property. Tenant hereby acknowledges this and agrees to make no such claims for any losses or damages against Landlord, his agents, or employees. Tenant agrees to purchase insurance – at its own expense – sufficient to protect itself and its property from fire, theft, burglary, breakage, electrical connections. Tenant acknowledges that if it fails to procure such insurance, it is its responsibility and Tenant alone shall bear the consequences.
TENANT COOPERATION. Tenant shall cooperate with Landlord in obtaining for Landlord the benefits of any insurance proceeds lawfully or equitably payable to Landlord in connection with the transactions contemplated hereby, and shall reimburse Landlord for any reasonable expenses incurred in connection therewith (including attorneys’ fees and expenses, and the payment by Tenant of the expense of an independent appraisal on behalf of Landlord in case of a fire or other casualty affecting the Land, the Improvements, or the Tenant Improvement Work).
