Tenant Cooperation Sample Clauses
Tenant Cooperation. Tenant agrees to cooperate with the Landlord is showing property to prospective tenants, prior to termination of occupancy.
Tenant Cooperation. Tenant agrees to cooperate with Owner/agent in showing property to prospective tenant, prior to termination of occupancy.
Tenant Cooperation. Xxxxxx agrees to cooperate with Xxxxxxxx/Agent in showing property to prospective tenant prior to termination of occupancy.
Tenant Cooperation. TENANT(S) agrees to cooperate with LANDLORD or his/her agent in showing property to prospective tenants, prior to termination of occupancy. LANDLORD will endeavor to notify TENANT(S) of all prospective showings.
Tenant Cooperation. Tenant shall respond and comply with all reasonable requests of Landlord relating to the implementation of this Lease, including but not limited to responding to requests for information, allowing entry into the Premises by Landlord, returning required leasing documents to Landlord and cooperating with Landlord’s maintenance employees. Tenant shall not interfere with the operation of the rental property by Landlord or engage in any activity or allow any condition that would cause a cancellation, restriction or increase in premium in Landlord’s insurance.
Tenant Cooperation. Tenant shall, upon the request of Landlord or any Facility Mortgagee(s), and to the extent in Tenant’s possession, (i) provide Landlord and/or any Facility Mortgagee(s) with copies of all licenses, permits, occupancy agreements, operating agreements, leases, contracts, notes, inspection reports, studies, appraisals, assessments, default or other notices and similar materials reasonably requested in connection with any existing or proposed financing of the Resort or the Leased Property, and (ii) execute such reasonable collateral assignments with respect to the licenses and any of the other aforementioned agreements relating to the Resort or the Leased Property as Landlord and/or such Facility Mortgagee(s) may reasonably request in connection with any such financing, provided that no such collateral assignment shall modify the terms of this Lease.
Tenant Cooperation. Xxxxxx agrees to cooperate with landlord in showing property to prospective tenants or buyers prior to termination of occupancy. The landlord may also display “for rent” or “for sale” signs on the premises as needed.
Tenant Cooperation. If Landlord makes the Landlord Required Repairs pursuant to paragraphs A or B of this Section, Tenant shall cooperate with Landlord’s efforts to complete the Required Repairs, including, without limitation and if necessary, vacating all or a portion of the Premises to the extent Landlord reasonably determines it necessary in order to complete the Required Repairs or protect occupants of the Premises.
Tenant Cooperation. Tenant will cooperate with Landlord and Landlord will cooperate with Xxxxxx and any mortgagee in connection with the collection of any insurance monies that may be due in the event of loss, and will execute and deliver to Landlord and any mortgagee such proofs of loss, and any other instruments that may be required for the purpose of facilitating the recovery of any such insurance monies, and in the event that Tenant shall fail or neglect to so cooperate or to execute, acknowledge, and deliver any such instrument, Landlord in addition to any other remedies, may, as the agent or attorney in fact of Tenant, execute and deliver any proofs of loss, and any other instruments as may be desirable to Landlord and any mortgagee, for the collection of such insurance monies, and Tenant hereby irrevocably nominates, constitutes and appoints Landlord, Xxxxxx's proper and legal attorney in fact for such propose, hereby ratifying all that Landlord may do as such attorney in fact of Tenant. Landlord will cooperate with Xxxxxx and any mortgagee in the same manner and to the same extent as Xxxxxx is required to cooperate hereunder.
Tenant Cooperation. Tenant agrees to cooperate fully at all times with Landlord and to abide by all regulations and requirements which Landlord may reasonably prescribe for the use of the above utilities and services. Expenses or costs described above are additional rent and failure to pay such shall constitute a breach of the obligation to pay rent under this Lease, and shall entitle, but not limit, Landlord to the rights granted for such breach in this Lease by law or equity.
