Tenant’s Personalty. Tenant shall pay all taxes imposed upon Tenant's furnishings, trade fixtures, equipment or other personal property.

Tenant’s Personalty. Tenant may (and shall as provided herein below), at its expense, assemble or place on any parcels of the Land or in any of the Leased Improvements any items of Tenant’s Personalty, and Tenant may, subject to the conditions set forth below, remove the same upon the expiration or any prior termination of the Term. Tenant shall provide and maintain during the entire Lease Term all such Tenant’s Personalty as shall be necessary to operate each Leased Property in compliance with all applicable Legal Requirements and Insurance Requirements and otherwise in accordance with customary practice in the industry for the Primary Intended Use. All of Tenant’s Personalty not removed by Tenant within thirty (30) days following the expiration or earlier termination of this Lease with respect to such Leased Property where such Tenant’s Personalty is located shall be considered abandoned by Tenant and may be appropriated, sold, destroyed or otherwise disposed of by Landlord without first giving notice thereof to Tenant and without any payment to Tenant and without any obligation to account therefor.
Tenant’s Personalty. All of Tenant’s Personalty shall remain the property of Tenant. At any time during or at the expiration of the Term or earlier termination of this Lease, Tenant may, but shall not be obligated to, remove any and all such Personalty. Such removal shall be performed in a good and workmanlike manner and Tenant shall repair any damage to the Premises resulting from the removal of such aforementioned items.

Tenant shall, or shall use commercially reasonable efforts to cause its Subtenants to (through the prudent exercise of its rights and remedies, as Sublandlord, under the Subleases), provide and maintain during the entire Lease Term all such Tenant’s Personalty as shall be necessary to operate each Leased Property in compliance with all applicable Legal Requirements and Insurance Requirements and otherwise in accordance with customary practice in the industry for the Primary Intended Use. All of Tenant’s Personalty not removed by Tenant within thirty (30) days following the expiration or earlier termination of this Lease with respect to such Leased Property where such Tenant’s Personalty is located shall be considered abandoned by Tenant and may be appropriated, sold, destroyed or otherwise disposed of by Landlord without first giving notice thereof to Tenant and without any payment to Tenant and without any obligation to account therefor.
Tenant’s Personalty. Any furniture, trade fixtures, appliances, equipment or other personal property brought onto or kept on the Property after the Lease Commencement Date and owned by the Tenant (“Tenant Personalty”) shall be at the sole risk of the Tenant. Upon the expiration of the Lease Term, to the extent permitted in writing by Landlord, in Landlord’s sole discretion, and not otherwise inconsistent with the requirements of Section 8.01 below to relinquish the Property with Tenant Personalty and Existing Personalty sufficient for licensing and certification by applicable Governmental Authority, Tenant may remove from the Property all Tenant Personalty. Tenant shall repair any damage caused by such removal and shall leave the Property clean and in good and working condition and repair inside and out, subject to normal wear and tear. By signing this Lease, the Tenant agrees that upon surrender or abandonment of the Property, the Landlord shall not be liable or responsible for the storage or disposition of the Tenant Personalty. Any Tenant Personalty left on the Property on the tenth (10th) Business Day following the expiration of this Lease Term shall, at Landlord’s option, automatically and immediately become the property of Landlord.
Tenant’s Personalty. Tenant shall be solely liable for payment of, and shall timely pay, all personal property taxes and assessments on all the goods, wares, merchandise, inventory, furniture, fixtures, machinery, equipment and other personal property of Tenant located in the Premises at any time during the Term.
Tenant’s Personalty. (I) The Landlord acknowledges that the Tenant may install or affix or has installed or affixed on or to the Leased Premises trade fixtures, machinery and equipment belonging to the Tenant (such trade fixtures, machinery and equipment, together with all accessions and additions thereto, and substitutions, parts, replacements and proceeds thereof, whether now owned or hereafter acquired, are collectively referred to as the "Equipment"). The Landlord further acknowledges that the Tenant may locate or has located on the Leased Premises inventory, general intangibles, accounts receivable and other personal property of the Tenant, including, without limitation, finished goods, work-in-process and raw materials (such inventory and other personal property, together with all proceeds and products thereof, whether now owned or existing or hereafter acquired or arising, are collectively referred to as the "Property"). The Landlord further acknowledges that the Equipment and Property are or will be subject to a security interest in favor of the Administrative Agent (the Equipment, the Property and any other personal property of the Tenant which is subject to a security interest in favor of the Administrative Agent are collectively referred to as the "Personalty"). (II) The Landlord (a) agrees that the Equipment is and will remain personal property notwithstanding the manner in which it is installed or affixed to the Leased Premises, (b) disclaims any title, right or interest in the Equipment by reason of such installation or affixation, (c) agrees that any security interest, lien or other interest of the Administrative Agent in the Personalty now existing or hereafter arising shall be prior and superior to any interest which the Landlord may now have or hereafter acquire in the Personalty pursuant to the Lease, any security agreement or other agreement, or pursuant to any statute, law, ordinance, agreement or otherwise, and subordinates any such interest of the Landlord in the Personalty to the prior interest of the Administrative Agent. (III) The Landlord waives each and every right which the Landlord now has or may hereafter have under the law of the State of ___________ or any other State, the Lease or any other agreement now in effect or hereafter executed by the Landlord and Tenant, to levy or distrain upon the Personalty for rent, damages, or expenses, in arrears, in advance or both, or to claim or assert title to the Personalty.

Tenant’s Personalty. In the event of re-entry or taking possession of the Premises, Landlord has the right but not the obligation to remove all or any part of the Personalty located in the Premises and to place the same in storage at a public warehouse at the expense and risk of Tenant or to sell such Personalty in accordance with applicable Law. Any amounts so expended by Landlord will be immediately payable by Tenant to Landlord as additional Rent.
Tenant’s Personalty. Tenant shall, on or before the expiration of the Lease Term, surrender the Premises and the keys and mailbox keys thereto to Landlord, together with alterations, additions, and improvements which may have been made upon the Premises, free of subtenancies, subject, however, to the other provisions hereof (including, without limitation, Section 8 and any agreements entered into pursuant thereto). All of Tenant’s personal property, including, without limitation, but not limited to, its racking, furniture, equipment and trade fixtures, shall be removed by Tenant on or before the expiration of the Lease Term and any damage to the Premises caused by such removal shall be repaired by Tenant at Tenant’s sole cost and expense, and all property not so removed within ten (10) days after the expiration of the Lease Term shall be deemed abandoned by Tenant.
Tenant’s Personalty. The Tenant shall, on or before the expiration of the Lease term, surrender the Leased Premises and the keys and mailbox keys thereto to the Landlord free of subtenancies, together with alterations, additions, and improvements which may have been made upon the Premises, except movable furniture, movable personal property, or movable trade fixtures put in at the expense of the Tenant, subject, however, to the subsequent provisions hereof. All of the property removable pursuant to the provisions of this paragraph shall be removed by the Tenant on or before the expiration of the Lease term, and all property not so removed shall be deemed abandoned by the Tenant. Landlord may remove and immediately dispose of such property in a manner set forth below at Tenaxx'x xxpense. Tenant hereby irrevocably appoints Landlord as agent and attorney in fact of Tenant to enter upon the Premises, upon the occurrence or existence of any Event of Default, and to remove any personal property situated upon the Premises, and place such property in storage for the account of and at the expense of Tenant. In the event that Tenant shall not claim such property and pay the cost of storing such property after the property has been stored for a period of thirty (30) days or more, Landlord may sell any or all of such property at public or private sale in such
