Personal Property Taxes and Assessments. The Tenant, at all times, shall be responsible for and shall pay, before delinquency, all municipal, county, state or federal taxes, including any fees in lieu of taxes, assessed against any leasehold interest or any fixtures, furnishings, equipment, stock and trade, or other personal property owned, installed or used on the Property, or any further improvements to the Property by Tenant or by Landlord if requested by Tenant.
Personal Property Taxes and Assessments. Except as provided in Section 4.3 of the Water and Sewer Service Agreement, Last Chance shall, during the Lease Term, pay all taxes, assessments, license fees and other charges that are levied and assessed against the FF&E, and Last Chance’s personal property, installed, affixed or located in or on the Property or the Premises. On demand by Landlord, Last Chance shall furnish Landlord with satisfactory evidence of these payments.
Personal Property Taxes and Assessments. The Tenant shall pay, not less than thirty (30) days before delinquent, any and all taxes, licenses, fees and public charges levied, assessed or imposed, and which become payable during the lease term upon Tenant's fixtures, furniture, appliances and personal property located or installed in the Demised Premises.

Lessee shall pay, as the same become due and payable, all personal taxes, assessments and charges of any kind whatsoever accruing against Lessee’s Personal Property (defined hereinafter) located at the Site after the Commencement Date and during the Lease Term thereafter that may at any time be lawfully assessed or levied against Lessee’s Personal Property located at the Site, unless the same are being contested in good faith by Lessee, in which event Lessee shall bond or deposit with Lessor an amount equal to said taxes, assessments or charges. Any payments due under this Article shall be made by Lessee within the later of thirty (30) days after receipt of written notice thereof (together with a copy of the applicable tax xxxx) from Lessor or otherwise or resolution of any contest hereunder.
Personal Property Taxes and Assessments. (a) During the term of this Lease, Lessee shall pay, prior to delinquency, all use, personal property and ad valorem taxes or assessments of any kind or nature imposed upon the use and operation of the Equipment by any state or local laws or any governmental taxing authority (collectively, the "Personal Property Taxes").
(b) Lessee's obligation for Personal Property Taxes shall be equitably adjusted and pro rated for any portion of the term of this Lease which does not include an entire tax year.
(c) Nothing herein contained shall require or be construed to require Lessee to pay any inheritance, estate, succession, mortgage or transfer tax, gift, franchise, withholding, income or profit tax, that is or may be imposed upon Lessor, its successors or assigns, in connection with the Equipment, or otherwise.
(d) Immediately upon receipt of any tax xxxx, statement or assessment with respect to Personal Property Taxes owing for the Equipment, Lessor shall furnish to Lessee such tax xxxx, statement or assessment. Lessee shall furnish evidence of the payment of the Personal Property Taxes to Lessor upon the request therefore from Lessor.
(e) Lessee hereby reserves the right to contest the amount of any Personal Property Taxes in its name or in the name of Lessor, and Lessor hereby covenants and agrees to cooperate with Lessee in all respects with regards thereto, provided that Lessee provides a surety bond or other security reasonably satisfactory to Lessor to protect the Lessor and the Equipment from the enforcement of any lien against the Equipment for any such Personal Property Taxes during the period of contest. Lessor and Lessee agree to cooperate fully with each other in regards to any such tax contest and in the preparation of all tax returns, renditions or reports.
(f) Should Lessee fail to pay the Personal Property Taxes as provided in this Section 6, Lessor shall provide Lessee written notice of such failure and allow Lessee thirty (30) days from receipt of such notice to pay the same, failing which Lessor, may at its option, pay such Personal Property Taxes, in which event Lessee shall reimburse Lessor upon demand for the costs thereof, together with interest at the rate of l2% per annum as additional rent hereunder from the date of expenditure by Lessor until repayment by Lessee.

Redwood Xxxx shall not construct, place or cause to be constructed or placed upon County's land any structure, tank, or other equipment, other than the pipeline described herein which at all times remains property of County, necessary to the delivery of water to the Redwood Xxxx, and therefore shall be immune from property taxes and assessments relative to improvements on County's land made for the purposes of this Agreement. This Section shall not relieve Redwood Xxxx from any property tax obligation and/or assessment which may arise out of any improvements made upon Redwood Glen's property necessary to receive, store and distribute water delivered by County, which may be determined by the County Tax Assessor to apply.

(b) If at any time during the Term, a tax or excise in rents or other tax, however described (except any franchise, estate, inheritance, capital stock, income or excess profits taxes personal in nature to Lessor) is levied or assessed against Lessor by any lawful taxing authority on account of the Lessor's interest in this Lease or the rents expressly reserved hereunder as a substitute in whole or in part, or in addition to, the real property taxes hereinbefore described, Lessee shall pay to Lessor, as additional rent hereunder, the amount of such tax, excise on rents or other tax, but only to the extent of the amount thereof which is lawfully assessed or imposed as a direct result of Lessor's ownership of this Lease or the rentals reserved hereunder. In the event any such tax, excise on rents or other tax, however described, is levied or assessed directly against Lessee by any lawful taxing authority on account of Lessee's interest in this Lease or the leasehold estate hereby created or the rents to be paid by Lessee hereunder, then Lessee shall be responsible therefor and agrees to pay the same before delinquency. If any lawful taxing authority requires that any such tax or excise on rents or other tax, however described, for which Lessee is responsible hereunder, other than the real property taxes levied or assessed against the Shopping Center, be paid by Lessee, but collected by Lessor, for and on behalf of such taxing authority and from time to time forwarded by the Lessor to such taxing authority, then the same shall be paid by Lessee to Lessor at such times as such taxing authority shall require and be collectible by Lessor and the payment thereof enforced in the same fashion as prov...
Personal Property Taxes and Assessments. Lessee shall pay before delinquency all taxes, assessments (general or special), license fees, permit fees, and other charges that are levied and assessed against the personal property, furniture, equipment, furnishings and any other property located in or on the Property and any other taxes which may be assessed as against Lessee or the Property as a result of Lessee's use thereof, that become payable during the term of the Agreement. On demand by Lessor, Lessee shall furnish Lessor with satisfactory evidence of these payments, within ten (10) business days after such demand. The Lessee is solely responsible for any City, State or Country taxes assessed against the production of the Lessees operation. Currently those taxes at the City level are contemplated at Seven Dollars ($7) per square foot of flowering canopy and Five Percent (5%) of gross sales of any manufacturing sales. These taxes may change over time.
