Term Appointments Beyond Bargaining Unit. E.1.8.1 The selection and promotion of Employees to positions beyond the Bargaining Unit is not governed by this Agreement and as such, all rights of membership cease save and except accrual of seniority as set out in Article E. E.1.8.2 The Employer will confirm annually with the Bargaining Unit information regarding Employees affected under Article E.1.8.
