TERM OF AGREEMENT AND RETROACTIVITY. 41.01 This Agreement shall be in effect for the period April 1, 2023 to March 31, 2026 and shall be automatically renewed thereafter for successive periods of twelve (12) months unless either party requests the negotiation of a new Agreement by giving written notice to the other party not less than sixty (60) calendar days prior to the expiration of the Agreement.
