Term of Consulting. The Company shall hire the ------------------- Consultant pursuant to the terms hereof for the period commencing on the date Consultant begins non-exclusive Consulting with the Company (the "Start Date"), which shall be the earliest date reasonably possible for Consultant, and ending on February 28, 2001, provided that the Consultant's consulting with the Company shall be deemed to be automatically renewed upon the same terms and conditions for an additional three-month period ending on May 31, 2001 unless either party hereto shall have given the other party written notice that such party does not intend to renew the Agreement as of such date at least thirty (30) days in advance of the date on which this Agreement would otherwise automatically be renewed. The period during which the Consultant is hired pursuant to this Agreement, including any renewal thereof in accordance with this Section (1)(b), shall be referred to as the "Consulting Period."
Term of Consulting. Subject to the provisions for termination set forth below, the term of this Agreement shall extend from July 1, 2008, for a period of 24 months ending June 30, 2010 (the “Term”). Following the end of the Term, the parties hereto may mutually agree to any renewals of this Agreement for a time period to be discussed.
Term of Consulting. The Company hereby contracts with the Consulting Firm, and Consultant hereby accepts a consulting position with Company, for a period commencing on the date hereof (the “commencement date”), and continuing until terminated as provided in this Agreement.
Term of Consulting. The Company shall hire the ------------------- Consultant pursuant to the terms hereof for the period commencing on the date Consultant begins exclusive Consulting with the Company (the "Start Date"), which shall be the earliest date reasonably possible for Consultant, and ending on June 7, 2000, provided that the Consultant's consulting with the Company shall be deemed to be automatically renewed upon the same terms and conditions for an additional three-month period on each of June 7, 2000, August 7, 2000, November 7, 2000 and March 7, 2001 unless either party hereto shall have given the other party written notice that such party does not intend to renew the Agreement as of such date at least thirty (30) days in advance of the date on which this Agreement would otherwise automatically be renewed. The period during which the Consultant is hired pursuant to this Agreement, including any renewal thereof in accordance with this Section (1)(b), shall be referred to as the "Consulting Period."
Term of Consulting. This agreement shall continue on a month-to-month basis until either party provides the other party with thirty day written notice of termination.
Term of Consulting. This Consulting Agreement begins on or about Sept 7, 2001.
Term of Consulting. Subject to the provisions for earlier termination provided in this Agreement, the term of this Agreement shall commence and is binding and effective, on the Effective Date (with the exception that the compensation to be paid pursuant to Section 4(b) takes effect on October 1, 2018, as Consultant is receiving compensation pursuant to the Employment Agreement through September 30, 2018 as set forth in Section 1 above), shall terminate on December 31, 2019, and upon December 31 of each calendar year, commencing with the calendar year 2017, such termination date of this Agreement shall be extended for an additional one-year period (the initial term through December 31, 2019, together with each such year extension shall be referred to as the “Term”), provided that neither the Company nor Consultant notify the other on or prior to 90 days before the applicable December 31st that either party does not intend to extend this Agreement.
Term of Consulting. The Company shall hire the ------------------- Consultant to begin non-exclusive Consulting with the Company pursuant to the terms hereof for the period commencing May 28, 2000 (the "Start date"), which shall be the earliest date reasonably possible for Consultant, and ending when the consultant work is finished and approved by the Company.
Term of Consulting. The engagement under this Agreement shall be for a period (the "Consulting Period") commencing on the date hereof and ending on the seventh anniversary of the date hereof.
Term of Consulting. The Company hereby retains the Consultant to provide consulting services to the Company, and the Consultant hereby agrees to provide consulting services to the Company, on the terms and conditions set forth herein, for a period of seven years from and after the date hereof (the "Consulting Period").
