Position with Company. During the Term, Executive shall serve as President of Company, shall devote his full business time and efforts to the affairs of Company, and shall faithfully and diligently perform all duties commensurate with such position, including, without limitation, those duties reasonably requested by Company's Board of Directors; provided that (i) unless agreed to by Executive (including appropriate additional compensation), such duties shall not materially vary from the type and scope of duties that Executive has performed for the Company prior to the date of this Agreement, (ii) in no event will Executive be required to relocate from his current place of employment, and (iii) Executive shall be required to travel to the home office of Parent periodically, but not in excess of reasonable requirements. Executive shall be subject to and comply with all of Company's policies and procedures that are generally applicable to Company's officers and employees. Executive will report directly to Scotx Xxxxxx xx his successor.
Position with Company. Executive shall serve as President of the Company. Without limitation of the foregoing, Executive shall: (i) manage financing and capital arrangements; (ii) supervise controller function; (iii) supervise treasury function; (iv) supervise public reporting and stockholder relations; (v) supervise information and data processing systems, and (vi) support merger and acquisition efforts. Executive shall be subject to and comply with all of Company's policies and procedures.
Position with Company. During the Term, Executive shall serve as [President or General Manager] of the NC Company, shall devote his full time and efforts to the affairs of Company, and shall faithfully and diligently perform all duties commensurate with such position, including, without limitation, those duties reasonably requested by Company"s Board of Directors. Executive's primary duties shall include the day to day management of the NC Company, including the supervision of employees, the identification of new development projects, advance planning and development of land acquired by NC Company, sales, marketing and construction of new homes, warranty and customer service and accounting for operations of the NC Company to the Company. As more particularly provided in the Acquisition Agreement, it is contemplated that NC Company will conduct all residential development activities and hold all residential real estate of the Company and its affiliates in Northern California.
Position with Company. Executive is hereby employed by Company as Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) and Executive hereby accepts such employment upon the terms and condition hereinafter set forth. Executive shall perform the duties of this position as assigned by Company.
Position with Company. Effective March 2, 2007, Employee shall be employed as the Company’s Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. Employee shall devote his full-time energies and efforts exclusively in furtherance of the business of Company and its affiliates and shall not be engaged in any other business activity.

Position with Company. Executive is hereby employed by the Company as its Chief Executive Officer (the “CEO”) to perform the duties customarily performed by a chief executive officer of a publicly traded, NASDAQ listed company, and Executive hereby accepts such employment and agrees to serve in that position in accordance with the terms and subject to the conditions contained in this Agreement. Executive shall perform his duties and responsibilities as the Company’s CEO fully, faithfully and in a diligent and timely manner throughout the term of his employment with the Company and in his capacity as CEO he will report to the Board of Directors of the Company (the “Board”).
Position with Company. Commencing on the first business day following the consummation of the Acquisition (May 9, 2007 or the “Commencement Date”), you shall be employed by the Company accordance with the terms hereof in the position of Managing Director Latin America and your primary office will be located in Buenos Aires, Argentina.
Position with Company. Executive is hereby employed by Company as COO and Executive hereby accepts such employment upon the terms and condition hereinafter set forth. During the Term, Executive shall have such duties and responsibilities as are consistent with Executive’s position and as may be reasonably assigned by Company from time to time. Executive shall report to Company’s President.
