Term of Warranty. For a period of five (5) years after the date of shipment (the “Warranty Period”), StarTek, at its sole option, will, itself, or through others, repair, replace or refund the price paid for Products that StarTek verifies as being “Damaged or Inoperative”, as defined hereafter, due to defective material or workmanship. “Damaged or Inoperative” shall mean: 1) life defined by lumen output degrades to 70% of initial value or 2) failure of 10% of individual leds.
Term of Warranty. Virage Logic warrants to Licensee, for a period of *** (***) *** from the date the applicable Licensed Materials are retrieved by Licensee, that the Licensed Materials will conform in all material respects to the functional specifications for the Licensed Materials provided to Licensee by Virage Logic, provided that the duration of this warranty shall be extended by the period of time taken by Virage Logic to correct any defects in such Licensed Materials under this warranty. The foregoing warranty does not apply to any element of the Licensed Materials that has been modified (other than by Virage Logic), combined with other products (solely to the extent any such defects are caused by such combination) or used improperly.
Term of Warranty. The limited warranty applies to the Software for a period of 6 (six) months from the date of the Agreement (meaning the order date). If Customers receives Updates during this period, the limited warranty will apply to the Update for the remainder of this warranty period or for a period of 30 days, whichever is longer. LIMITED WARRANTY. idyn’s entire liability and Customer's exclusive remedy under this limited warranty shall be for idyn to repair or replace the Software in the event of an error in the Software. An error shall only mean a substantial failure to meet the functional specifications expressly agreed upon in the Agreement. An error shall only exist if the Customer can prove it and if it can be reproduced. The Customer shall be obliged to notify idyn of errors immediately.
Term of Warranty. Motive's warranty shall commence upon delivery of the Product and [*] days after receipt of the said Product by Customer. If during the term of the warranty the Product does not materially conform to its specifications, Motive shall use commercially reasonable efforts to repair or replace the defective Product in a timely manner.

Virage Logic warrants, for a period of ninety (90) days from the date Virage Logic delivers the Licensed Materials to Licensee, that the Licensed Materials will substantially conform to the functional specifications of the Licensed Materials provided to Licensee by Virage Logic. The foregoing warranty does not apply to any element of the Licensed Materials that has been modified, combined with other products or used improperly.
Term of Warranty. WARRANTY RECIPIENT; LENGTH OF ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES. The limited warranty covers the software for one year after acquired by the first user. If you receive supplements, updates, or replacement software during that year, they will be covered for the remainder of the warranty or 30 days, whichever is longer. If the first user transfers the software, the remainder of the warranty will apply to the recipient. Annual Software Maintenance extends the warranty for each additional year maintenance is paid.
Term of Warranty. The term of the initial Extended Warranty Agreement shall be one year,beginning on execution of agreement. Thereafter, Customer may renew this Extended Warranty Agreement, annually, for successive one-year terms, by paying the annual extended warranty/maintenance fee ("Warranty Fee").

Hardware: The limited warranty covers brackets, Curtain Rings, and all other accessories for ninety (90) days starting from the date of The Home Depot Purchase Order. The laws of your country or state may require a warranty term longer than ninety (90) days, in which case Rod Desyne Inc. will provide the minimum warranty term required by applicable law.
Term of Warranty. 12 months / 36,000 Miles from date of shipping. It is a parts only warranty. Storage of an engine for 6 months or more before installation may void the warranty at the discretion of KASCAR®.
