Termination and Return of Property. The Executive’s employment with the Corporation in any capacity has terminated effective [Separation Date]. All files, access keys and codes, desk keys, ID badges, computers, records, manuals, electronic devices, computer programs, papers, electronically stored information or documents, telephones and credit cards, and any other property of the Corporation or any affiliate thereof previously in the Employee’s possession or control has been returned to the Corporation [or will be returned on or before the Separation Date].
Termination and Return of Property. If this Agreement is terminated for any reason whatsoever, Purchaser shall promptly deliver to Seller the original and any copies of all documents, plans, surveys, contracts, agreements, materials and the like delivered to Purchaser or Purchaser’s agents, representatives or designees by Seller or Seller’s agents, representatives or employees, or copied by Purchaser or Purchaser’s agents pursuant to this Agreement.
Termination and Return of Property. WRIT terminated Employee's employment due to elimination of Employee's job position and terminated all officer and/or director positions Employee held with WRIT and any of its subsidiaries and other affiliated entities (collectively “Affiliates”) effective as of November 2, 2012 (the “Termination Date”). Employee will execute all documents requested by WRIT to confirm such termination. Employee confirms that he has returned all property of WRIT and its Affiliates, and all copies, excerpts or summaries of such property, in his possession, custody or control.
Termination and Return of Property. A. By Northland. In the event Ocean Spray breaches any representation or warranty or fails to perform any obligation in this Agreement, Northland may, in its sole discretion, after providing Ocean Spray with a 60-day written notice to cure, terminate this Agreement, provided that Northland shall have the ability to terminate this Agreement in the event any nonpayment to Northland is not received within 30 days of notice of default, unless such nonpayment is disputed in good faith by Ocean Spray.
