Keys and Codes. Seller shall deliver to Acquisition as of the Closing Date any and all original keys or codes to (i) the door and other lock and gates, if any, and (ii) any other keys or codes necessary for the operation of the Business.
Keys and Codes. The Tenant shall provide the Landlord with copies of keys and access codes to enable the Landlord to access the premises in accordance with the provisions of Section 12.01. With respect to Distributed Software, Licensee acknowledges that the Software contains keys that will enable the Software and third party software embedded in or distributed with the Software. Licensee shall have the right to use the Distributed Software only with the keys provided by Serena. Licensee agrees not to attempt to modify, tamper with, reverse engineer, reverse compile or disassemble the keys or codes. Upon Licensee’s use of a new key or code for the Software, Licensee represents and warrants that it will not use the superceded key or code to access the Software.
Keys and Codes. At the Closing, Sellers shall deliver to Buyer’s designated representative the keys and access and security codes to the Store Properties and the combinations to all safes at the Store Properties, and Buyer shall immediately make arrangements to have such locks and codes changed.

Keys and Codes. 1) During the week prior to the Rental, the Association will give the Licensee, as applicable:
i) Main Floor: a four-digit code to the north entrance. The Licensee must not provide the code to any person who is not a party to the Facility Rental Agreement.
