Keys and Codes. The Tenant shall provide the Landlord with copies of keys and access codes to enable the Landlord to access the premises in accordance with the provisions of Section 12.01. The Landlord undertakes not to make any copies of the keys or access codes, nor to provide them to any other party other than its authorized employees in order to effect access in accordance with Section 12.01 hereof.

  • Applicable Laws The Contractor agrees to conduct all activities under this Agreement in accordance with all applicable rules, regulations, directives, standards, ordinances, and laws, in effect or promulgated during the term of this Agreement, including without limitation, workers’ compensation laws, minimum and maximum salary and wage statutes and regulations, and licensing laws and regulations.
