Termination for Cause; Resignation; Death or Disability. If the Company terminates Employee's employment hereunder for cause, or if Employee resigns, or if Employee dies or suffers a Disability, the Company shall have no further obligations to Employee hereunder other than for the payment of (i) accrued but unpaid salary prorated through the date of termination or effective date of resignation ("Accrued Salary"), (ii) any Benefits vested as of such date ("Vested Benefits") and (iii) unreimbursed Expenses incurred prior to such date.

  • Termination for Cause; Resignation If Executive’s employment terminates due to a Termination for Cause (as defined below) or a Resignation (as defined below), Base Salary earned but unpaid as of the date of such termination will be paid to Executive in a lump sum and the Company will have no further obligations to Executive hereunder. The Employee's benefits will be terminated under the Company's then existing benefit plans and policies in accordance with such plans and policies in effect on the date of termination.

  • Termination for Cause; Resignation Without Good Reason If the Company terminates Executive’s employment with the Company for Cause, or Executive resigns without Good Reason, then Executive will not be entitled to any further compensation from the Company (other than accrued salary, and accrued and unused vacation, through Executive’s last day of employment), including severance pay, pay in lieu of notice or any other such compensation.
