Common use of Termination of Apprentice/Trainee Clause in Contracts

Termination of Apprentice/Trainee. (a) Subject to Clause 22, the employer shall not terminate the employment of an employee employed as a Trainee without firstly having provided written notice of the proposed termination to the Trainee concerned. Such written notice will be in accordance with the Apprenticeship/Traineeship Training Contract.
