Termination of Employment Upon Nonrenewal. In the event either party decides not to renew this Agreement for a subsequent 12 months in accordance with subparagraph 3.2 above, the Agreement will expire, Executive’s employment with Company will terminate and Executive will only be entitled to Executive’s Base Salary paid through the last day of the current term. All other Company obligations to Executive pursuant to this Agreement will become automatically terminated and completely extinguished. Executive will not be entitled to the Severance Payment described in subparagraph 7.3 above.
Termination of Employment Upon Nonrenewal. In the event either party decides not to renew this Agreement for a subsequent term in accordance with Section 3.2, this Agreement will expire automatically upon completion of the then effective Term, and Executive’s employment with the Company will thereupon terminate. Executive will be entitled to receive only Executive’s Base Salary then in effect, prorated to the Termination Date, and all amounts and benefits earned or incurred pursuant to Sections 5 and 6 through the Termination Date. All other Company obligations to Executive pursuant to this Agreement will be automatically terminated and completely extinguished. Executive will not be entitled to receive the Severance Package described in Section 7.2, but will be subject to the surviving provisions of this Agreement as set forth in Section 14.8.

In the event either party decides not to renew this Agreement after completion of the Initial Term in accordance with subsection 3.2 above, this Agreement will expire, Employee’s employment with Company will terminate and Employee will only be entitled to Employee’s Base Salary paid through the last day of the current term.

In the event executive decides not to renew this Agreement for a subsequent 12 months in accordance with subparagraph 3.2 above, the Agreement will expire, Executive's employment with Company will terminate and Executive will only be entitled to Executive's Base Salary paid through the last day of the current term. All other Company obligations to Executive pursuant to this Agreement will become automatically terminated and completely extinguished. Executive will not be entitled to the Severance Payment described in subparagraph 7.2 above. In the event the Company decides not to renew this Agreement for a subsequent 12 months after the Initial Term in accordance with subparagraph 3.2 above, it will be deemed a Termination without Cause in accordance with clause 7.2 and Executive will be entitled to all compensation including severance as outlined in clause 7.2.

In the event either party decides not to renew this Agreement for a subsequent one-year term in accordance with Section 3.2 above, the Agreement will expire, Executive's employment with Company will terminate and Executive will only be entitled to (i) Executive's Base Salary paid through the last day of the then-current term; (ii) any amounts to which Executive is entitled pursuant to Section 5 or 6 hereof; and (iii) any benefit or right to which Executive is entitled pursuant to the Plan and Option Agreements delivered to Executive in connection with the grant of Options to Executive. All other Company obligations to Executive pursuant to this Agreement will become automatically terminated and completely extinguished. In addition, Executive will not be entitled to any Severance Payments described in Section 7.2.
Termination of Employment Upon Nonrenewal. In the event that Executive ----------------------------------------- gives notice of his election not to extend the Agreement for a Renewal Period as proscribe in subsection 3.2, the Agreement will expire, Executive's employment with Company will terminate Executive will only be entitled to the Base Salary and Target Bonus then in effect, prorated to the date of termination, any accrued vacation benefits, and the Company releases any fully vested options. All other Company obligations to Executive pursuant to this Agreement will become automatically terminated and completely extinguished. Executive will not be entitled to the Severance Payment described in subsection 7.2 above. In the event that the Company gives notice of its election not to extent the Agreement for a Renewal Period as proscribed in section 3.2, such non-renewal shall be considered an event of Good Reason and Executive will be entitled to receive the payments and benefits described in subsection 7.2 above, provided Executive complies with all of the conditions in subsection 7.2 above. All other Company obligations to Executive pursuant to this Agreement will become automatically terminated and completely extinguished.
Termination of Employment Upon Nonrenewal. In the event either party decides not to renew this Agreement for a subsequent three (3)-year term in accordance with subsection 3.2 above, the Agreement will expire, Employee's employment with Company will terminate and Employee will only be entitled to Employee's Base Salary, accrued bonus and fringe benefits paid through the last day of the then current term. All other Company obligations to Employee pursuant to this Agreement will become automatically terminated and completely extinguished, except for the repurchase of accrued stock purchase rights or shares underlying options. In addition, Employee will not be entitled to the Severance Payment described in subsection 7.2 above.
Termination of Employment Upon Nonrenewal. In the event either ----------------------------------------- party decides not to renew this Agreement for a subsequent one-year term in accordance with paragraph 3.2 above, the Agreement will expire, Executive's employment with NMMC will terminate and Executive will only be entitled to the Standard Entitlements.
Termination of Employment Upon Nonrenewal. In the event either party decides not to renew this Employment Agreement for a subsequent one-year term in accordance with Section 3.2 above, this Employment Agreement will expire, the Employment will terminate and Employee will only be entitled to Employee’s Base Salary paid through the last day of the current term. All other SAFLINK obligations to Employee pursuant to this Employment Agreement will become automatically terminated and completely extinguished. Employee will not be entitled to receive the Severance Package described in Section 10.2 above.
Termination of Employment Upon Nonrenewal. In the event either party decides not to renew this Agreement for a subsequent twelve (12) months in accordance with subparagraph 3.2 above, the Agreement will expire, Employee’s employment with Company will terminate and Employee will only be entitled to Employee’s Base Salary paid through the last day of the current term. All other Company obligations to Employee pursuant to this Agreement will become automatically terminated and completely extinguished. If the Company delivers notice to Employee of Company’s intent to not renew this Agreement, the Equity Compensation to which Employee is entitled will immediately vest. Alternatively, if Employee delivers notice to Company of Employee’s intent to not renew this Agreement, the unvested Equity Compensation to which Employee is otherwise entitled will be forfeited.
