Termination of LTD Benefits. An employee ceases to be insured on the earliest of the following dates: - date of termination of employment - on attainment of age 65 - the end of the period for which the last premium is paid to the carrier for the employee’s insurance - the date of termination of the policy An employee is not eligible to commence receiving LTD benefits three (3) months prior to the attainment of age sixty-five (65).

  • Termination of Benefits Except as provided in Section 2 above or as may be required by law, Executive’s participation in all employee benefit (pension and welfare) and compensation plans of the Company shall cease as of the Termination Date. Nothing contained herein shall limit or otherwise impair Executive’s right to receive pension or similar benefit payments that are vested as of the Termination Date under any applicable tax-qualified pension or other plans, pursuant to the terms of the applicable plan.

  • Termination Benefits (a) If Executive’s employment is voluntarily (in accordance with Section 2(a) of this Agreement) or involuntarily terminated within two (2) years of a Change in Control, Executive shall receive:
