Termination of Online Banking Services. You agree that we may terminate this Agreement and your use of the Online Banking services if you, or any authorized user of your account or password, breaches this or any other agreement with us; or if we have reason to believe that there has been an unauthorized use of your account or password. You, or any other party to your account, can terminate this Agreement by notifying us in writing. Termination of service will be effective the first business day following receipt of your written notice. However, termination of this Agreement will not affect the rights and responsibilities of the parties under this Agreement for transactions initiated before termination.
Termination of Online Banking Services. If you close an Account, you will still have access to certain Online Banking Services. We may also suspend or terminate access to your Online Banking Services at any time, for any reason. We will provide prior notice of termination as may be required by law, but we may terminate your Account without notice if necessary to maintain or restore the security of an Account or of our systems. Our suspension or any termination of your access to Online Banking Services will not affect any obligations or liability you might have under this Agreement.

In addition, we reserve the right to terminate the service if you fail to use the service for more than three (3) consecutive billing cycles. You or any other party to your account can terminate this Agreement by notifying us in writing. Termination of service will be effective the first business day following receipt of your written notice. Termination of this Agreement will not affect the rights and responsibilities of the parties under this Agreement for transactions initiated before termination.
Termination of Online Banking Services. You agree that we may terminate this Agreement and your e-services, if you, or any authorized user of your e-services or password breach this or any other agreement with us; or if we have reason to believe that there has been an unauthorized use of your accounts or password, or if you conduct or attempt to conduct any fraudulent, illegal or unlawful transaction, or if we reasonably believe your account conduct poses an undue risk of illegality or unlawfulness. The Credit Union may automatically terminate an inactive Xxxx Xxxxx account after three months of inactivity. You or any other party to your account can terminate this Agreement by notifying us in writing. Termination of service will be effective the first business day following receipt of your written notice. Termination of this Agreement will not affect the rights and responsibilities of the parties under this Agreement for transactions initiated before termination.

You or any other party to your account can terminate this Agreement by sending an Email cancellation request in online banking or contacting any branch during regular business hours. Termination of service will be effective the first business day following receipt of your notice. Termination of this Agreement will not affect the rights and responsibilities of the parties under this Agreement for transactions initiated before termination.
Termination of Online Banking Services. You agree that the Credit Union may terminate this agreement and your Online Banking Services if you, or any authorized user, breach this or any other agreement with the Credit Union; if the Credit Union has reason to believe that there has been unauthorized use of your accounts or Password, if you conduct or attempt to conduct any fraudulent, illegal, or unlawful transaction; or if the credit union reasonably believes your account conduct poses an undue risk of illegality or unlawfulness. In addition, the Credit Union reserves the right to terminate access to bill payment after ninety (90) days of inactivity and Online Banking after one hundred eighty (180) days of inactivity. You, or any other party to your account, can terminate this agreement by notifying the Credit Union in writing. Termination of service will be effective two (2) business days following receipt of your written notice. Termination of this agreement will not affect the rights and responsibilities of the parties under this agreement for transactions initiated before termination.
Termination of Online Banking Services. If you want to terminate your access to the Online Banking Services, you can call us at the number in the Contact Us section of our website. Online Banking Services may be discontinued immediately if we receive a call from you or someone claiming to be you. Alternatively, we may require that you follow another procedure so that we may verify your identity and your authorization to terminate. Recurring transfers or payments will not necessarily be discontinued because you terminate access to Online Banking Services. If you want to make sure that online recurring transfers or payments are stopped, you must follow the procedures in the Discontinuing Transfers and Payments paragraph. We reserve the right to terminate access to any or all Services in whole or in part at any time, with or without cause and without prior written notice. In that event or in the event that you give us a termination notice, we may (but are not obligated to) immediately discontinue making previously authorized transfers or payments, including recurring transfers or payments and other transfers that you previously authorized but have not yet made. We also reserve the right to temporarily suspend access to our website and any or all Services in situations we deem appropriate, in our sole and absolute discretion, including when we believe a system security breach has occurred or is being attempted. We may consider repeated incorrect attempts to enter your User ID or password as an indication of an attempted security breach. Terminating the Services does not affect your or our rights or obligations under this Agreement with respect to occurrences before termination.
Termination of Online Banking Services. In the event you wish to discontinue your Online Banking services, you must notify us in writing at Northern Financial Credit Union, 000 Xxxxxxx Xxxxxx, Xxxxxxxxx, XX 00000 or call Member Services at 315.782.0155 or 800.310.6328. If you notify us verbally, you must also send us written notification within ten (10) days. We may modify, suspend or terminate your privilege of using Online Banking and may withhold approval of any transaction, at any time, without prior notice to you. In the event we terminate your Online Banking services, we will try to notify you in advance but are not required to do so. You will be notified as soon as practicable. Any one person who can use the account accessible with Online Banking may terminate the services. Termination shall not affect the rights and obligations of the parties for transactions made with Online Banking before we have had a reasonable time to respond to your termination request. Your termination of Online Banking will automatically terminate any pending transfers and payments.
