Authorized Transfers. You are liable for all Electronic Fund Transfers that you authorize, whether directly or indirectly. Unauthorized Transfers: Call +0-000-000-0000 or email xxxxxxx@Xxxxxxxxxx.xxx at once if you believe your Account, Your Card, Your Bank Account, or your PIN or other access information is lost or stolen or has been or may be subject to unauthorized Electronic Fund Transfers. Do so immediately to keep your possible losses to a minimum. You could lose all the money in your account(s). If you tell us within two (2) business days after learning of the loss or theft of your account access device, or after learning of any other unauthorized transfers from your account involving your account access device, you can lose no more than $50 if Electronic Fund Transfers are made without your permission. For these transactions, if you DO NOT tell us within two (2) business days after learning of the loss, theft or unauthorized use, and we can establish that we could have prevented the unauthorized transfer(s) if you had told us in time, you could lose as much as $500. Also, if your periodic account statement shows unauthorized transfers and you DO NOT tell us within sixty (60) days after the statement was delivered to you, you may not get back any money you lose after the sixty (60) day period if we can prove that we could have prevented the unauthorized transfer(s) if you had told us in time. If an extenuating circumstance (such as extended travel or hospitalization) prevents you from promptly notifying us of a suspected lost or stolen access device or of any other suspected unauthorized transfer(s), the time periods specified in this Section B may be extended for a reasonable period.

Authorized Transfers. Subject to complying with the conditions of Section 12.3, each Member and Unit Holder may Transfer all or any part of its Units in the Company to a transferee, by giving written notice of such Transfer to the Manager, and the transferee thereof will become a Unit Holder as to the transferred interest having the rights and subject to the obligations specified in this Article XII. Such a Transfer shall, however, not cause such transferee to be admitted as a Member, unless the Manager's consent thereto is granted under Section 12.6.
Authorized Transfers. Only with the prior written approval of Lessor, Lessee may assign or otherwise transfer Lessee's interest in this Lease and the Project to a trustee under a deed of trust or a mortgagee under a mortgage (herein collectively called "trust deed") for the benefit of an institutional or other bona fide lender for value approved by Lessor under its Pepperdine University Home Loan Program (“PUHLP”) as set forth in Paragraph 4 of Lessee’s Purchase Agreement, including without limitation, Lessor as holder of a deed of trust to secure payment of rent and other charges hereunder (herein called "Authorized Encumbrancer"). Any such assignment, pledge or transfer of all or any portion of Lessee’s interest in this Lease made without the prior written approval of Lessor shall be null and void and of no effect.

If you are a California resident, you will not be liable for the $500 amount described in the prior sentence for unauthorized Debit Card or ATM transactions; however, if you fail to report an unauthorized use that appears on a periodic statement within 60 days of our transmittal of your periodic statement, then you may be liable for the amount of each unauthorized transfer that occurs after the close of the 60 days and before you provide notice to the Program Manager, unless the delay in notifying the Program Manager was due to extenuating circumstances beyond your reasonable control. o Also, if your periodic account statement shows unauthorized transfers and you DO NOT tell the Program Manager within sixty (60) days after the statement was mailed or made available to you, you may not get back any money you lose after the sixty (60) day period if we can prove that we could have prevented the unauthorized transfer(s) if you had told the Program Manager in time. Authorized Transfers. Upon instruction of (a) your employer or (b) the Treasury Department or (c) other financial institutions, the Credit Union will accept pre-authorized transfers to your account in the form of direct deposits of your paycheck or of federal recurring payments, such as Social Security. In addition, you may contract for pre-authorized transfers from your accounts in the form of direct withdrawals from your account to a particular person or company at least periodically.
Authorized Transfers. Pre-authorized electronic funds transfer means an electronic funds transfer authorized in advance to recur at substantially regular intervals. You can arrange to have payments from a third party electronically credited to your account, such as direct payment of federal Social Security benefits. By law, you can only make six (6) preauthorized withdrawals or automatic transfers each month from your statement savings or money market account(s).

You can lose no more than $50 if you notify us within two business days of discovering any unauthorized use of the Service or your Access Codes.
