Right to Terminate Access. In the event (i) you violate any terms of the Mobile Agreement, (ii) there are unauthorized or fraudulent transactions related to your Funding Account, Deposit Account or use of the Transfer Service, or (iii) we incur problems with your use of the Transfer Service, you agree that we may suspend or terminate your access to the Transfer Service at any time. We may, in our sole discretion, at any time and without prior notice to you or other Transfer participants, suspend or terminate: • the Transfer Service, • your ability to send or receive funds through a Transfer Transaction, • your ability to send funds through a Transfer Transaction, while continuing to permit you to receive funds through a Transfer Transaction, • your ability to request funds from another Member, or • your ability to receive requests for funds from another Member

After suspension, cancellation or termination, Surrey Bank may, but is not obligated to, continue making previously authorized transfers. Suspension or termination of the Service by either party does not affect your obligations under this Agreement for transactions that have been or will be processed on your behalf. You will remain responsible for all outstanding fees and charges incurred prior to the date of termination. In addition, you agree to keep your account(s) with us open and to maintain funds in such account(s) in amounts and for a period of time determined by us in our reasonable discretion to cover any outstanding transactions and your obligations for returns of those transactions, warranty claims, fees and other obligations. If any such liabilities exceed the amount in the applicable account, we may charge such excess against any of your other accounts with us, and you will pay immediately upon demand to us any amount remaining unpaid.

Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to, the following: Sending, displaying, or printing offensive messages, materials, photos,or pictures Using obscene language Harassing, insulting, or attacking others Discriminating or defaming others Sending threatening, inflammatory, or violent communications Offering for sale, purchase, or use of any prohibited or illegal substances Damaging computers, computer systems, computer networks, or wireless systems Downloading games, MP3, or music-based files for other than school related purposes Playing Internet-based games or activities or participating in text- based or audio-based chats not expressly allowed by school staff for school related purposes Violating copyright laws Using another’s password Using another student ID as the student’s own Using a teacher ID as the student’s own Theft identity of another individual’s login/ID or password Trespassing in another user’s folders, work, or files Using technology, computers, scanners, or other peripherals to produce counterfeit reproductions Buying or selling on E-bay or similar auction sites Displaying and/or printing instructions for making weapons or conducting illegal activities Intentionally wasting resources Employing the network for commercial purposes, including, but not limited to, posting advertisements to a news group, using e-mail to solicit sales, or using Web sites to advertise or sell a service Damaging, destroying, or deleting software or the work of another individual or group Any other activity inconsistent with the stated intent of this electronic user agreement Student Accounts and Storage Limits Students are expected to be good stewards of our network resource. All student work in the P:All folder of the public drive will be deleted off of the network at the end of each school year. Data storage limits are in place for students on the public drive and in students’ “My Documents” folders. Students’ My Documents folders on our internal network AND students’ Go.Tahoma accounts will not be deleted until such time as the student leaves the school district. Right to Terminate Access. In addition to the other suspension or termination rights listed under this Agreement, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate this Agreement and your use of the Service if, in our sole discretion, (i) you violate the terms of this Agreement, (ii) you fail to meet any requirement that either we or Zelle imposed with regard to either your enrollment information or any required update of your enrollment information, or (iii) you are suspected of conducting, or have conducted, unauthorized or fraudulent transactions using the Service or have conducted Zelle transactions that otherwise violate applicable law.
