Right to Terminate Access. In the event (i) you violate any terms of the Mobile Agreement, (ii) there are unauthorized or fraudulent transactions related to your Funding Account, Deposit Account or use of the Transfer Service, or (iii) we incur problems with your use of the Transfer Service, you agree that we may suspend or terminate your access to the Transfer Service at any time. We may, in our sole discretion, at any time and without prior notice to you or other Transfer participants, suspend or terminate: • the Transfer Service, • your ability to send or receive funds through a Transfer Transaction, • your ability to send funds through a Transfer Transaction, while continuing to permit you to receive funds through a Transfer Transaction, • your ability to request funds from another Member, or • your ability to receive requests for funds from another Member

Suspension or termination of the Service by either party does not affect your obligations under this Agreement for transactions that have been or will be processed on your behalf. You will remain responsible for all outstanding fees and charges incurred prior to the date of termination. In addition, you agree to keep your account(s) with us open and to maintain funds in such account(s) in amounts and for a period of time determined by us in our reasonable discretion to cover any outstanding transactions and your obligations for returns of those transactions, warranty claims, fees and other obligations. If any such liabilities exceed the amount in the applicable account, we may charge such excess against any of your other accounts with us, and you will pay immediately upon demand to us any amount remaining unpaid.

All student work in the P:All folder of the public drive will be deleted off of the network at the end of each school year. Data storage limits are in place for students on the public drive and in students’ “My Documents” folders. Students’ My Documents folders on our internal network AND students’ Go.Tahoma accounts will not be deleted until such time as the student leaves the school district. Students are expected to manage their own stored data and to, if necessary, provide removable media to store files, documents, projects that they may want to access over time.
