Security Statement. Party A shall be solely responsible for solving the privacy and security protection issues that occur between Party A and Users in respect to Party A’s Products. Huawei has the rights but no obligation to provide Party A with suggestions on privacy security issues for the purpose of guaranteeing the rights and interests of Users. If Party A violates the aforementioned clauses, and as a result, Aspiegel (including its Related Companies) is punished by the relevant authority or has to compensate End Users, Party A shall hold harmless and indemnify Aspiegel (including its Related Companies) from any financial losses arising from the negative impacts on the market, or any penalties, or compensations. Aspiegel also has the right to terminate this Agreement.

We maintain strict standards of security designed to ensure a secure exchange of information with our customers. As part of our commitment, customer information and account data is protected by multiple security protocols: firewalls, data encryption and a verifiable Password. We provide end-to-end encryption to secure transactions while in transit. Encryption technology transmits information sent over the Internet by encoding the transmitted data. A firewall is designed to protect information stored in our computer systems from unauthorized entry. Your account information is also protected with a Password known only to you. Our banking products incorporate security features for safeguarding your accounts and the information you transmit to us during a session. Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology protects your information using both server authentication and data encryption, ensuring that your data is safe, secure, and available only to registered users in your organisation. Your data is completely inaccessible to your competitors. Clicktools provides each user in your organisation with a unique user name and password that must be entered each time a user logs on. Clicktools issues a session "cookie" only to record encrypted authentication information for the duration of a specific session.
