Termination of Remote Work Agreements. 1. An immediate supervisor or chain of command may revoke the Remote Work Agreement with or without notice for any reason. a. If the Remote Work Agreement is revoked for any reason other than a violation of Department policy regarding remote work, discipline, or proposed discipline, reasonable notice of revocation shall be provided to Department personnel at least one (1) week prior to revocation when possible.

Termination of Remote Work Agreements. The first three months of the remote work agreement are a trial period. During the trial period either of the parties can terminate the remote work agreement by providing two weeks’ notice. After the trial period, the parties may mutually terminate the remote work agreement by providing one month's notice. After the end of the remote work period the employee will return to his/her ordinary workplace without any special termination being provided. This agreement automatically ends when the employee’s employment with the business is terminated.

  • Termination of Agreements (a) Except as set forth in Section 2.7(b), in furtherance of the releases and other provisions of Section 4.1, each of UTC, Carrier and Otis and each member of their respective Groups hereby terminate any and all agreements, arrangements, commitments or understandings, whether or not in writing, between or among a Party and/or any member of such Party’s Group, on the one hand, and another Party and/or any member of such other Party’s Group, on the other hand, effective as of the applicable Effective Time. No such terminated agreement, arrangement, commitment or understanding (including any provision thereof that purports to survive termination) shall be of any further force or effect after the Effective Time. Each Party shall, at the reasonable request of the other Party, take, or cause to be taken, such other actions as may be necessary to effect the foregoing. (b) The provisions of Section 2.7(a) shall not apply to any of the following agreements, arrangements, commitments or understandings (or to any of the provisions thereof): (i) this Agreement and the Ancillary Agreements (and each other agreement or instrument expressly contemplated by this Agreement or any Ancillary Agreement to be entered into by any of the Parties or any of the members of their respective Groups or to be continued from and after the Effective Time); (ii) any agreements, arrangements, commitments or understandings listed or described on Schedule 2.7(b)(ii); (iii) any agreements, arrangements, commitments or understandings to which any Third Party is a party thereto (including any Shared Contracts); (iv) any intercompany accounts payable or accounts receivable accrued as of the Effective Time that are reflected in the books and records of the Parties or otherwise documented in writing in accordance with past practices, which shall be settled in the manner contemplated by Section 2.7(c); (v) any agreements, arrangements, commitments or understandings to which any non-wholly owned Subsidiary of UTC, Carrier or Xxxx, as the case may be, is a party (it being understood that directors’ qualifying shares or similar interests will be disregarded for purposes of determining whether a Subsidiary is wholly owned); and (vi) any agreements for the sale, lease, construction or receipt of goods, property or services purchased, obtained or used in the ordinary course of business by a member of any Group from a member of another Group prior to the Effective Time. (c) All of the intercompany accounts receivable and accounts payable between any member of a Party’s Group, on the one hand, and any member of another Party’s Group, on the other hand, outstanding as of the Effective Time shall, as promptly as practicable after the Effective Time, be repaid, settled or otherwise eliminated in a manner as determined by UTC in its sole and absolute discretion (acting in good faith).

  • Termination of Agreement, Resignation, or Removal of Custodian Either party may terminate this agreement at any time by giving written notice to the other. We can resign as custodian at any time effective 30 days after we send written notice of our resignation to you. Upon receipt of that notice, you must make arrangements to transfer your IRA to another financial organization. If you do not complete a transfer of your IRA within 30 days from the date we send the notice to you, we have the right to transfer your IRA assets to a successor IRA trustee or custodian that we choose in our sole discretion, or we may pay your IRA to you in a single sum. If this agreement is terminated, we may charge to your IRA a reasonable amount of money that we believe is necessary to cover any associated costs, including but not limited to one or more of the following. • Any fees, expenses, or taxes chargeable against your IRA • Any penalties or surrender charges associated with the early withdrawal of any savings instrument or other investment in your IRA If we are a nonbank custodian required to comply with Regulations section 1.408-2(e) and we fail to do so or we are not keeping the records, making the returns, or sending the statements as are required by forms or regulations, the IRS may require us to substitute another trustee or custodian. We may establish a policy requiring distribution of the entire balance of your IRA to you in cash or property if the balance of your IRA drops below the minimum balance required under the applicable investment or policy established.

  • Termination of Agreement If this Agreement is terminated by the Representatives in accordance with the provisions of Section 5 or Section 9(a)(i) hereof, the Company shall reimburse the Underwriters for all of their out-of-pocket expenses, including the reasonable fees and disbursements of counsel for the Underwriters.

  • Term; Termination of Agreement This Agreement shall continue in force for a period of one year from the date hereof, subject to an unlimited number of successive one-year renewals upon mutual consent of the parties.   • NEGOTIATION OF SUCCESSOR AGREEMENT For the purposes of negotiating a successor Agreement, APSOU and the University will meet between April 1, 2018, and June 30, 2018, to begin negotiations of a Successor Agreement. APSOU will send written notice to the University within ten (10) university days after the meeting specifying those subjects, sections, or articles it proposes to open for negotiations. Ten (10) university days after the University receives APSOU’s request, the University will send written notice to APSOU specifying those subjects, sections or articles it proposes for negotiations. Those sections of this Agreement not reopened by said notices or by subsequent mutual agreement shall automatically become part of any Successor Agreement. Negotiations of the Successor Agreement shall begin no later than ten (10) university days after APSOU receives the University’s notification, or such date thereafter as may be mutually agreed upon by the parties. The terms of the 2015-18 CBA remain in effect until the completion of bargaining the successor agreement or until the dispute resolution procedures governing negotiations described in ORS 243.712-ORS 243.726 are completed.
