Terms and Conditions for Casual Employees. 1. Casual employees shall be employed to relieve in positions occupied by regular full-time and regular part-time employees provided that a casual employee shall not be used for a period in excess of sixty (60) calendar days in any one position. In an emergency where an extraordinary workload develops, a casual employee may be used to do work having a duration of less than thirty (30) calendar days.
