Common use of Terms of Engagement Clause in Contracts

Terms of Engagement. (a) Crib Break Not more than 30 minutes nor less than 20 minutes shall be allowed to Teachers each day for a midday crib break. Such crib break shall be counted as time worked. Provided however that a Teacher may, by agreement with the School, leave the premises during the crib break. Where such reasonable request has been made by the Teacher, the School shall give favourable consideration to any such request. Such time away from the premises shall not count as time worked. (b) First Aid Certificate
