Text Templates. 60 1 Introduction The Child Placement Agreement Topic Paper describes the Florida Safe Families Network (FSFN) system design of the Child Placement Agreement, which supports the safe placement of children. The Child Placement Agreement represents one component of the Florida Safety Decision Making Methodology (FSDMM) used by Case Managers to guide decision making relevant to placement decisions. The Child Placement Agreement is a page for case managers to identify and document behaviors and/or care precautions necessary to consider when placing a child in a home. The functional design of the Child Placement Agreement page represents enhancements made to FSFN.
