The ACADEMIC OUTPUTS. During the two-year course the Student must achieve in total 120 ECTS in (at least) three degree- awarding-partner institutions. In order to pass a course the Student has to achieve a minimum grade of F (see next table). 4.1 Student examination and performance evaluation: Student’ accomplishments are going to be evaluated through module examination and the evaluation of Master Thesis which shall be presented in front of a panel of professors. The Student should successfully pass module examinations to complete each of the Master modules; the form of examination for each module is going to be specified in the description of each module. The grades are going to be given according the grading system of the hosting university. These are going to be translated via the following table to common grades. Local rules and regulations of the European partner university at which the student is enrolled apply to courses/modules that are followed, grading of courses/modules, re-sits, consultation of graded work etc. Generally, a grade superior or equal to D has to be obtained in order to be awarded the ECTS corresponding to the relevant course. Different grading systems are in place at the European partner institutions. One of the members shall belong to the university where the Thesis took place, the other a professor specialised on the field and the third a professor from a partner university. The Thesis will be marked between E to A, D being the pass xxxx. 4.3 Professional Internship is going to be assessed together with the Master Thesis. Parallel to the Master Thesis the Students should submit a report on their internship period along with the report of their supervisor stating that the Student has satisfactorily completed the internship period and assessing his/her performance.   • Access Toll Connecting Trunk Group Architecture 9.2.1 If CSTC chooses to subtend a Verizon access Tandem, CSTC’s NPA/NXX must be assigned by CSTC to subtend the same Verizon access Tandem that a Verizon NPA/NXX serving the same Rate Center Area subtends as identified in the LERG. 9.2.2 CSTC shall establish Access Toll Connecting Trunks pursuant to applicable access Tariffs by which it will provide Switched Exchange Access Services to Interexchange Carriers to enable such Interexchange Carriers to originate and terminate traffic to and from CSTC’s Customers. 9.2.3 The Access Toll Connecting Trunks shall be two-way trunks. Such trunks shall connect the End Office CSTC utilizes to provide Telephone Exchange Service and Switched Exchange Access to its Customers in a given LATA to the access Tandem(s) Verizon utilizes to provide Exchange Access in such LATA. 9.2.4 Access Toll Connecting Trunks shall be used solely for the transmission and routing of Exchange Access to allow CSTC’s Customers to connect to or be connected to the interexchange trunks of any Interexchange Carrier which is connected to a Verizon access Tandem.

  • RE-WEIGHING PRODUCT Deliveries are subject to re- weighing at the point of destination by the Authorized User. If shrinkage occurs which exceeds that normally allowable in the trade, the Authorized User shall have the option to require delivery of the difference in quantity or to reduce the payment accordingly.   • Influenza Vaccine Upon recommendation of the Medical Officer of Health, all employees shall be required, on an annual basis to be vaccinated and or to take antiviral medication for influenza. If the costs of such medication are not covered by some other sources, the Employer will pay the cost for such medication. If the employee fails to take the required medication, she may be placed on an unpaid leave of absence during any influenza outbreak in the home until such time as the employee has been cleared by the public health or the Employer to return to the work environment. The only exception to this would be employees for whom taking the medication will result in the employee being physically ill to the extent that she cannot attend work. Upon written direction from the employee’s physician of such medical condition in consultation with the Employer’s physician, (if requested), the employee will be permitted to access their sick bank, if any, during any outbreak period. If there is a dispute between the physicians, the employee will be placed on unpaid leave. If the employee gets sick as a reaction to the drug and applies for WSIB the Employer will not oppose the application. If an employee is pregnant and her physician believes the pregnancy could be in jeopardy as a result of the influenza inoculation and/or the antiviral medication she shall be eligible for sick leave in circumstances where she is not allowed to attend at work as a result of an outbreak. This clause shall be interpreted in a manner consistent with the Ontario Human Rights Code.

  • System Logging The system must maintain an automated audit trail which can 20 identify the user or system process which initiates a request for PHI COUNTY discloses to 21 CONTRACTOR or CONTRACTOR creates, receives, maintains, or transmits on behalf of COUNTY, 22 or which alters such PHI. The audit trail must be date and time stamped, must log both successful and 23 failed accesses, must be read only, and must be restricted to authorized users.
