Tolerances definition

Tolerances means instances of diminution of or interruption to the Service Levels as set out in Schedule 2Service Terms and Conditions and which are to be disregarded from the point of view of establishing whether PTLGateway has fallen below those performance levels or breached any provision of this Agreement.
Tolerances means Hosting Services performance levels as more fully set forth in the SLA.

Tolerances means the following tolerances:
Tolerances means all technical tolerances for the Goods, as such in length, thickness, gauge, material composition, quality, as stated in the quotation or in this condition.

  • Contract Specifications means the principal trading terms in CFD (for example Spread, Swaps, Lot Size, Initial Margin, Necessary Margin, Hedged Margin, the minimum level for placing Stop Loss, Take Profit and Limit Orders, financing charges, charges etc) for each type of CFD as determined by the Company from time to time. The Contract Specifications appear on the Website.

  • Pests means Birds, Vermin and Insects.

  • Repeatability means the range of values within which the repeat results of cigarette test trials from a single laboratory will fall 95 percent of the time.
