The chairperson of a Consortium. Body shall produce minutes of each meeting which shall be the formal record of all decisions taken. He/she shall send the draft minutes to all Members within 10 calendar days of the meeting.

  • Chairperson of Committee An Employer representative and a Union representative shall alternate in presiding over meetings.

  • Chairperson The Chairperson will supervise and control the affairs of the Committee and shall exercise such supervisory powers as may be given him/her by the Members of the Committee.
