The Consultative Team. (a) Where a majority of employees covered by this agreement votes in a secret ballot to support the establishment of a consultative team, the Employer will facilitate its establishment. (b) In order to trigger a vote under clause 31.4(a), a petition bearing the names of at least 20% of employees in the workplace will be presented to the employer.
