Adverse Report The Employer shall notify an employee in writing of any expression of dissatisfaction concerning his work within ten (10) working days of the event of the complaint, with a copy to the Union. This notice shall include particulars of the work performance which led to such dissatisfaction. If this procedure is not followed, such expression of dissatisfaction shall not become a part of his work record for use against him at any time. This Article shall be applicable to any complaint or accusation which may be detrimental to an employee's advancement or standing with the Employer, whether or not it relates to his work. The employee's reply to such complaint, accusation or expression of dissatisfaction shall become part of his record. The record of an employee shall not be used against him at any time after twelve (12) months following the serving of a suspension or disciplinary action, including letters of reprimand or any adverse reports.
SUBMISSION OF REPORTS All applicable study reports shall be submitted in preliminary form for approval by the State before a final report is issued. The State's comments on the Engineer's preliminary report must be addressed in the final report.
Diversity Report The Contractor shall report to each Customer, spend with certified and other minority business enterprises. These reports shall include the period covered, the name, minority code and Federal Employer Identification Number of each minority business utilized during the period, Commodities provided by the minority business enterprise, and the amount paid to each minority business on behalf of each purchasing agency ordering under the terms of this Contract.
Problem Statement School bus fleets are aging, and our communities have poor air quality. Replacing school buses with zero emission school buses will address both of these issues.

Audits Due the earlier of 30 days after receipt of the independent certified public accountant's report or nine months after the end of the fiscal year, Grantee shall submit electronically one copy of the single audit or program-specific audit to the System Agency via: i. Disclosure Updates Promptly and in no event later than 5 Business Days after obtaining knowledge thereof, notify Agent if any written information, exhibit, or report furnished to the Lender Group contained, at the time it was furnished, any untrue statement of a material fact or omitted to state any material fact necessary to make the statements contained therein not misleading in light of the circumstances in which made. The foregoing to the contrary notwithstanding, any notification pursuant to the foregoing provision will not cure or remedy the effect of the prior untrue statement of a material fact or omission of any material fact nor shall any such notification have the effect of amending or modifying this Agreement or any of the Schedules hereto.
BACKGROUND STATEMENT The Borrower has requested that the Lenders make available a revolving credit facility in the aggregate principal amount of $400,000,000. The Lenders are willing to make available to the Borrower the revolving credit facility provided for herein subject to and on the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement.
SEC Filings and Press Releases To Agent and Lenders, promptly upon their becoming available, copies of: (i) all Financial Statements, reports, notices and proxy statements made publicly available by any Credit Party to its security holders; (ii) all regular and periodic reports and all registration statements and prospectuses, if any, filed by any Credit Party with any securities exchange or with the Securities and Exchange Commission or any governmental or private regulatory authority; and (iii) all press releases and other statements made available by any Credit Party to the public concerning material changes or developments in the business of any such Person.
Progress Report By March 1 of each year, ***** will submit a written annual report to Stanford covering the preceding calendar year. The report will include information sufficient to enable Stanford to satisfy reporting requirements of the U.S. Government and for Stanford to ascertain progress by ***** toward meeting this Agreement’s diligence requirements. Each report will describe, where relevant: *****’s progress toward commercialization of Licensed Product, including work completed, key scientific discoveries, summary of work-in-progress, current schedule of anticipated events or milestones, market plans for introduction of Licensed Product, and significant corporate transactions involving Licensed Product. ***** will specifically describe how each Licensed Product is related to each Licensed Patent.
Progress Reports The Recipient shall submit to the OPWC, at the OPWC's request, summary reports detailing the progress of the Project pursuant to this Agreement and any additional reports containing such information as the OPWC may reasonably require.
