CLOUD SERVICE The Cloud Service offering, is described below and is specified in an Order Document for the selected entitled offerings. The Order Document will consist of the Quotation that is provided and the Proof of Entitlement (XxX) you will receive confirming the start date and term of the Cloud Services and when invoicing will commence.
Our Service The services that you have selected and the charges for those services are confirmed in Section 9 - Your Consent at the end of this agreement. We agree to provide the services selected and you agree to pay us for those services. Any advice or recommendation that we offer to you, will only be given after we have assessed your needs and considered your financial objectives and attitude to any risks that may be involved. We will also take into account any restrictions that you wish to place on the type of products you would be willing to consider.
Transit Service 7.3.1 Ameritech shall provide Requesting Carrier Transit Service as provided in this
Service Period The Service Period of this Agreement is for 1 year in respect of the unit and starts on the Start Date as defined in the Terms and Conditions, or, in the case of an extension of renewal of the provision of Support Services, starts on the date of payment of the Charges.
Internet Service In the event that internet is required during your stay, please verify that the Property selected provides the service. Rules of the House: In the event there are rules specific to your Property either required by the Owner or if applicable from an HOA, they will be posted at the home and your compliance is necessary. Rental Unit for Sale: Occasionally a Property may go on the market for sale. In such cases Agent reserves the right to show the Property to potential buyers. Agent will make every effort to schedule the showing at a time that is convenient for Tenant, so as not to interrupt your vacation. Tenant’s cooperation is appreciated. Consumable Products: Paper products, laundry/dish detergent, personal toiletry items and food staples are not included in the Properties. Linens: Linens are included with all Properties for reservations up to 2 days or more. If linens and towels are damaged or missing there will be an added fee to replace and/or clean those items. Linens and towels should only be used for sleeping in and drying off. Damaged or missing bath towels are $25, hand towels are $15, wash cloths are $10, sheets are $30, pillow cases are $15, and bath mats are $20. Damaged items might include makeup, blood stains, excessive dirt, tanning lotion, and human waste.
Verizon Retail Telecommunications Service Any Telecommunications Service that Verizon provides at retail to subscribers that are not Telecommunications Carriers. The term “Verizon Retail Telecommunications Service” does not include any Exchange Access service (as defined in Section 3(16) of the Act, 47 U.S.C. § 153(16)) provided by Verizon.
Grades of Service The Parties shall initially engineer and shall monitor and augment all trunk groups consistent with the Joint Process as set forth in Section 14.1 of this Attachment.
Food Service If the Charter School offers food services on its own or through a third-party contract, the Charter School may apply directly to, and if approved, operate school nutrition programs with reimbursement from the United States Department of Agriculture, under supervision of the Tennessee Department of Education.
UTILITIES AND SERVICE Tenant shall be responsible for and shall pay promptly, directly to the appropriate supplier, all charges for electricity metered to the Premises, telephone, telecommunications service, janitorial service, interior landscape maintenance and all other utilities, materials and services furnished directly to Tenant or the Premises or used by Tenant in, on or about the Premises during the Term, together with any taxes thereon. Landlord shall make a reasonable determination of Tenant’s proportionate share of the cost of water, gas, sewer, refuse pickup and any other utilities and services that are not separately metered to the Premises and services, and Tenant shall pay such amount to Landlord, as an item of additional rent, within 10 days after delivery of Landlord’s statement or invoice therefor. Alternatively, Landlord may elect to include such cost in the definition of Project Costs in which event Tenant shall pay Tenant’s proportionate share of such costs in the manner set forth in Section 4.2. Tenant shall also pay to Landlord as an item of additional rent, within 10 days after delivery of Landlord’s statement or invoice therefor, Landlord’s “standard charges” (as hereinafter defined, which shall be in addition to the electricity charge paid to the utility provider) for “after hours” usage by Tenant of each HVAC unit servicing the Premises. If the HVAC unit(s) servicing the Premises also serve other leased premises in the Building, “after hours” shall mean usage of said unit(s) before 6:00 A.M. or after 6:00 P.M. on Mondays through Fridays, before 9:00 A.M. or after 1:00 P.M. on Saturdays, and all day on Sundays and nationally-recognized holidays, subject to reasonable adjustment of said hours by Landlord. If the HVAC unit(s) serve only the Premises, “after hours” shall mean more than 66 hours of usage during any week during the Term. “After hours” usage shall be determined based upon the operation of the applicable HVAC unit during each of the foregoing periods on a “non-cumulative” basis (that is, without regard to Tenant’s usage or nonusage of other unit(s) serving the Premises, or of the applicable unit during other periods of the Term). As used herein, “standard charges” shall mean the following charges for each hour of “after hours” use (in addition to the applicable electricity charges paid to the utility provider) of the following described HVAC units: (i) $5.00 per hour for 1-5 ton HVAC units, (ii) $7.50 per hour for 6-30 ton HVAC units and (iii) $10.00 per hour for HVAC units of greater than 30 tons. July 29, 2013 1 The following requirements for Tenant’s insurance shall be in effect during the Term, and Tenant shall also cause any subtenant to comply with the requirements. Landlord reserves the right to adopt reasonable nondiscriminatory modifications and additions to these requirements.
Trial Service Period An employee who has satisfactorily completed their probationary period and who is subsequently appointed to a position in another classification shall serve a twelve (12) month trial service period, in accordance with Section 10.1.3. 10.4.1 The trial service period shall provide the department with the opportunity to observe the employee's work and to train and aid the employee in adjustment to the position, and to revert such an employee whose work performance fails to meet required standards. 10.4.2 An employee who has been appointed from one classification to another classification within the same or different department and who fails to satisfactorily complete the trial service period shall be reverted to a vacant position within that department and classification from which the employee was appointed. 10.4.3 Where no such vacancy exists, such employee shall be given fifteen (15) calendar days' written notice prior to being placed on a Reversion Recall List for their former department and former classification and being removed from the payroll. 10.4.4 An employee’s trial service period may be extended up to three (3) additional months by written mutual agreement between the department, the employee and the Union, subject to approval by the Seattle Human Resources Director prior to expiration of the trial service period. 10.4.5 Employees who have been reverted during the trial service period shall not have the right to appeal the reversion. 10.4.6 The names of regular employees who have been reverted for purposes of re- employment in their former department shall be placed upon a Reversion Recall List for the same classification from which they were promoted or transferred for a period of one (1) year from the date of reversion. 10.4.7 If a vacancy is to be filled in a department and a valid Reversion Recall List for the classification for that vacancy contains the name(s) of eligible employees who have been removed from the payroll from that classification and from that department, such employees shall be reinstated in order of their length of service in that classification. The employee who has the most service in that classification shall be the first reinstated. 10.4.8 An employee whose name is on a Valid Reversion Recall List for a specific job classification who accepts employment with the City in that same job classification shall have their name removed from the Reversion Recall List. Refusal to accept placement from a Reversion Recall List to a position the same, or essentially the same, as that which the employee previously held shall cause an employee’s name to be removed from the Reversion Recall List, which shall terminate rights to reemployment under this Reversion Recall List provision. 10.4.9 An employee whose name is on a valid Reversion Recall List who accepts employment with the City in another class and/or department shall have their name removed from the Reversion Recall List. 10.4.10 A reverted employee shall be paid at the step of the range which the employee normally would have received had the employee not been appointed.
