The Shared Workforce Structure. Commented [SM5]: Some specific advice is needed on the implications (if any) of the previous strategic alliance between ELDC and BBC on the new strategic alliance 6.1 The Councils agreed at their respective meetings on XXXXXX to enter into the South East Lincolnshire Councils Partnership supported by the Shared Management Team together with such other officers as the Councils may agree in writing from time to time will form part of the Shared Workforce Structure. 6.2 The development of the South East Lincolnshire Councils Partnership and the Shared Workforce Structure is to be overseen and implemented by the Joint Chief Executive/Head of Paid Service. 6.3 The expectation is that the balance of staff employed by each Council within the Shared Workforce will remain proportionate and reflect that at the creation of the partnership and that where an officer leaves a post that is part of the Shared Workforce Structure, the Council that was his or her employer shall employ that officer’s replacement. 6.4 Staff within the Shared Workforce Structure may be employed by any one of the Councils and having been so employed shall forthwith be placed at the disposal of the Councils who are not their employer 6.5 For superannuation purposes, service rendered by an officer of one of the Councils whose services are placed at the disposal of the other in pursuance of section 113 of the Local Government Act 1972 and hence in pursuance of this Agreement is service rendered to the Council by whom he/she is employed 6.6 Any officer falling within the definition at 6.4 above shall be treated for the purposes of any enactment relating to the discharge of functions of a local authority as an officer of the other Councils and members of the Shared Workforce Structure may act and shall have powers to act under the constitutions of the Councils. 6.7 The members of the Shared Workforce Structure shall divide their time fairly and reasonably between the Councils and shall not show bias towards one Council vis-à-vis the other. This is important in order to ensure the precepts on each Council’s taxpayers do not cause gain or loss for the other Councils’ taxpayers. 6.8 The Chief Executive shall be the shared Head of Paid Service in respect of the workforce of the Councils. The Chief Executive shall lead the Shared Management Team.   • Access Toll Connecting Trunk Group Architecture 9.2.1 If CSTC chooses to subtend a Verizon access Tandem, CSTC’s NPA/NXX must be assigned by CSTC to subtend the same Verizon access Tandem that a Verizon NPA/NXX serving the same Rate Center Area subtends as identified in the LERG. 9.2.2 CSTC shall establish Access Toll Connecting Trunks pursuant to applicable access Tariffs by which it will provide Switched Exchange Access Services to Interexchange Carriers to enable such Interexchange Carriers to originate and terminate traffic to and from CSTC’s Customers. 9.2.3 The Access Toll Connecting Trunks shall be two-way trunks. Such trunks shall connect the End Office CSTC utilizes to provide Telephone Exchange Service and Switched Exchange Access to its Customers in a given LATA to the access Tandem(s) Verizon utilizes to provide Exchange Access in such LATA. 9.2.4 Access Toll Connecting Trunks shall be used solely for the transmission and routing of Exchange Access to allow CSTC’s Customers to connect to or be connected to the interexchange trunks of any Interexchange Carrier which is connected to a Verizon access Tandem.

  • Data shared with Subcontractors If DSHS Data provided under this Contract is to be shared with a subcontractor, the Contract with the subcontractor must include all of the data security provisions within this Contract and within any amendments, attachments, or exhibits within this Contract. If the Contractor cannot protect the Data as articulated within this Contract, then the contract with the sub- Contractor must be submitted to the DSHS Contact specified for this contract for review and approval.

  • Master Feeder Structure If permitted by the 1940 Act, the Board of Trustees, by vote of a majority of the Trustees, and without a Shareholder vote, may cause the Trust or any one or more Series to convert to a master feeder structure (a structure in which a feeder fund invests all of its assets in a master fund, rather than making investments in securities directly) and thereby cause existing Series of the Trust to either become feeders in a master fund, or to become master funds in which other funds are feeders.

  • Foreign-Owned Companies in Connection with Critical Infrastructure If Texas Government Code, Section 2274.0102(a)(1) (relating to prohibition on contracts with certain foreign-owned companies in connection with critical infrastructure) is applicable to this Contract, pursuant to Government Code Section 2274.0102, Contractor certifies that neither it nor its parent company, nor any affiliate of Contractor or its parent company, is: (1) majority owned or controlled by citizens or governmental entities of China, Iran, North Korea, Russia, or any other country designated by the Governor under Government Code Section 2274.0103, or (2) headquartered in any of those countries.

  • Ameliorative Allocations Any special allocations of income or gain pursuant to Sections 5.05(b) or 5.05(c) hereof shall be taken into account in computing subsequent allocations pursuant to Section 5.04 and this Section 5.05(g), so that the net amount of any items so allocated and all other items allocated to each Partner shall, to the extent possible, be equal to the net amount that would have been allocated to each Partner if such allocations pursuant to Sections 5.05(b) or 5.05(c) had not occurred.

  • Agreement Structure This Agreement includes Part 1 - General Terms, Part 2 - Country-unique Terms (if any), the LI, and the XxX and is the complete agreement between Licensee and Lenovo regarding the use of the Program.
