THINGS YOU MUST DO. You must:
THINGS YOU MUST DO. 56.1 Whilst ever you are in possession or control of Purchase Equipment but have not yet become the owner of it (e.g. you have not paid for it in full), without limitation, you must:
56.1.1 insure the Purchase Equipment in accordance with clause 58;
56.1.2 arrange for the Purchase Equipment to be properly serviced so that it is at all times in good working condition and remains subject to any applicable warranty;
56.1.3 comply with the manufacturer’s instructions relating to the Purchase Equipment and its use;
56.1.4 comply with all laws and regulations relating to the Purchase Equipment, the use or possession of it, or any premises on which it is situated;
THINGS YOU MUST DO. 49.1 You must:
49.1.1 arrange for the Purchase Equipment to be properly serviced so that it is at all times in good working condition and remains subject to any applicable warranty;
49.1.2 comply with the manufacturer’ instructions relating to the Purchase Equipment and its use;
49.1.3 comply with all laws and regulations relating to the Purchase Equipment, the use or possession of it, or any premises on which it is situated;
49.1.4 keep the Purchase Equipment at the Site address indicated in your Application, or at such other place as we approve in writing;
49.1.5 produce the Purchase Equipment for inspection or testing by us, or a person approved by us, at our request, and for this purpose allow us access to any place where the Purchase Equipment is kept;
49.1.6 keep the Purchase Equipment under your control or the control of your employees; and
49.1.7 notify us immediately in writing if the Purchase Equipment is lost, stolen or damaged or any person asserts any rights to the Purchase Equipment.
THINGS YOU MUST DO. You must:
5.1. Inspect the equipment at the time of delivery to satisfy yourself as to its condition and specifications. Subject to the guarantees contained in sections 56 and 57 of the ACL which apply to a consumer, you are deemed to have accepted the equipment unless you notify us to the contrary at the time of delivery. If we accept that the equipment is not in good condition and/or the specifications are not correct, we may at our option either replace the equipment or terminate the hire agreement and refund any hire charges paid by you;
5.2. use and care for the equipment as if it was your own, in the manner of a prudent owner;
5.3. ensure that the equipment is used only by persons properly instructed in the use of the equipment; and
5.4. comply with all laws regarding the use and operation of the equipment.
THINGS YOU MUST DO. 1. You must:
a) arrange for the Purchase Equipment to be properly serviced so that it is at all times in good working condition and remains subject to any applicable warranty;
b) comply with the manufacturer’s instructions relating to the Purchase Equipment and its use;
c) comply with all laws and regulations relating to the Purchase Equipment, the use or possession of it, or any premises on which it is situated;
d) keep the Purchase Equipment at the Site address indicated in your Application, or at such other place as we approve in writing;
e) produce the Purchase Equipment for inspection or testing by us, or a person approved by us, at our request, and for this purpose allow us access to any place where the Purchase Equipment is kept;
f) keep the Purchase Equipment under your control or the control of your employees; and
g) notify us immediately in writing if the Purchase Equipment is lost, stolen or damaged or any person asserts any rights to the Purchase Equipment.
THINGS YOU MUST DO. 70.1 You must:
70.1.1 arrange for the Purchase Equipment to be properly serviced so that it is at all times in good working condition and remains subject to any applicable warranty; xxxxXxx Standard Form of Agreement | 3 May 2017 70.1.2 comply with the manufacturer’s instructions relating to the Purchase Equipment and its use;
THINGS YOU MUST DO. 83.1 You must:
83.1.1 Allow us access to the Site address and physical location where the Managed Equipment is installed if we require access at a day and time agreed by us and you to ensure it can be properly serviced and is at all times in good working condition and remains subject to any applicable warranty;
83.1.2 comply with the manufacturer’s instructions relating to the Managed Equipment and its use;
83.1.3 comply with all laws and regulations relating to the Managed Equipment, the use or possession of it, or any premises on which it is situated;
83.1.4 keep the Managed Equipment at the Site address indicated in your Application, or an address we approve in writing;
83.1.5 produce the Managed Equipment for inspection or testing by us, or a person approved by us, at our request, and for this purpose allow us access to any place where the Managed Equipment is kept;
83.1.6 notify us immediately in writing if the Managed Equipment is lost, stolen or damaged or any person asserts any rights to the Managed Equipment.
THINGS YOU MUST DO. We care about and promote responsible pet ownership, and require you to do and pay for the following:
a. You must act prudently in the care and protection of your pet. You must protect the pet from aggravation and/or recurrence of any injury and/or illness after its initial occurrence and provide proper maintenance/preventive care.
b. Your pet must have an annual dental examination and, if recommended, prophylaxis (defined as ultrasonic scaling and polishing of the teeth). You must follow your veterinarian’s advice about dental care and treatment. Subject to the terms and conditions of this policy, we will pay dental claims if you comply with these requirements.
c. You must keep your pet vaccinated against the following:
(1) Dogs – Distemper, hepatitis, parainfluenza, parvovirus, rabies and any other condition for which vaccination has been recommended by your vet.
(2) Cats - Panleukopenia, rhinotracheitis, calici virus, rabies and any other condition for which vaccination has been recommended by your vet. We will not pay claims for illnesses resulting from failure to comply with the vaccination guidelines described above, or other diseases that are preventable by vaccines, unless otherwise advised by your veterinarian.
d. You must arrange for your pet to be neutered or spayed prior to its first birthday. If you do not comply, no coverage shall apply for illness related to prostate problems, hormonal skin conditions, perianal hernias, testicular tumors, perianal tumors, mammary tumors, uterine and ovarian conditions, birthing, or injury due to fighting, collision with a motor vehicle, or aggressive behavior. This stipulation does not apply to pets where the timing of being spayed or neutered was in conjunction with their veterinarian’s medical recommendations, or to pets spayed or neutered within 60 days of being adopted.
e. Appropriate prophylactic medication as prescribed and dispensed by your veterinarian to protect against illness, including but not limited to lice, parasites, and fleas. We will not pay claims for illnesses or injuries as a result of your failure to comply with this requirement; and
f. Appropriate prophylactic medication and/or vaccination as prescribed and dispensed by your veterinarian to protect against tick-borne illnesses. We will not pay claims for illnesses or injuries as a result of your failure to comply with this requirement.
THINGS YOU MUST DO. 5.1 You must do everything that we lawfully request to ensure that:
(a) the Bond Rights are transferred to us, free of any Claims; and
(b) the Bond Refund Amount is paid to the MyBond Bank Account when the Bond is due to be refunded.
5.2 This includes, but is not limited to, signing documents, giving authorisations and making payments.
5.3 If you receive the Bond Refund Amount you must immediately pay it to us by paying it into the MyBond Bank Account.
5.4 You authorise us to give notice of your sale of the Bond Rights to us. This includes notice to the Bond Holder and the Agent. We do not have to give notice.

61.1.1 Arrange for the Plan Equipment to be properly serviced so that it is at all times in good working condition and remains subject to any applicable warranty;
61.1.2 Comply with the manufacturer’s instructions relating to the Plan Equipment and its use;
61.1.3 Comply with all laws and regulations relating to the Plan Equipment, the use or possession of it, or any premises on which it is situated;
61.1.4 Keep the Plan Equipment at the Site address indicated in your Application or at such other place as we approve in writing;
61.1.5 Produce the Plan Equipment for inspection or testing by us, or a person approved by us, at our request, and for this purpose allow us access to any place where the Plan Equipment is kept;
61.1.6 Keep the Plan Equipment under your control or the control of your employees; and
61.1.7 Notify us immediately in writing if the Plan Equipment is lost, stolen or damaged or any person asserts any rights to the Plan Equipment.
