Third Party Inputs. 6.1 You agree that the provision of the Services may be contingent on, or impacted by, Third Party Inputs.
6.2 You agree that the Services may include Third Party Inputs that may interface, or interoperate with, the Services, including third party software or services (for example, Google Maps APIs).
6.3 To the extent that you choose to use such Third Party Inputs, you are responsible for:
(a) the purchase of;
(b) the requirements; and
(c) the licensing obligations, related to the applicable Third Party Input, including third party software and services.
6.4 You agree that the benefit of the Third Party Input’s interface, or interoperation with, the Services, is subject to your compliance with clause 6.3.
Third Party Inputs. 13.1 You agree that:
(a) the Software may include Third Party Inputs that interface, or interoperate with, the Software; and
(b) the provision of the Software may be contingent upon, or impacted by, such Third Party Inputs (for example, our software may use or rely on third party technology).
13.2 To the extent that any Third Party Inputs are required by us in order to be able to provide the Software to you:
(a) we agree to obtain and maintain the required licences for access and use of any Third Party Inputs (at no additional cost to you); and
(b) you agree to:
(1) where these are set out in an attachment to this Agreement, adhere to the terms and conditions of any such Third Party Input licences; and
(2) comply with our reasonable instructions and directions.
13.3 You acknowledge and agree that the benefit of the Third Party Input’s interface, or interoperation with, the Software, is subject to your compliance with clauses 13.2.
Third Party Inputs. Customer acknowledges and agrees that:
(a) the provision of the Cosive Services may be contingent on, or impacted by, third parties, other customers’ use of Cosive’s services, suppliers, other subcontractors (Third Party Inputs); and
(b) despite anything to the contrary, to the maximum extent permitted by law, Cosive will not be responsible and will have no Liability, for any default or breach of this Agreement or law, if such default or breach was caused or contributed to by any Third Party Inputs.
Third Party Inputs. Reseller acknowledges and agrees that:
(a) the supply of the Products may be contingent on, or impacted by, third parties, including customers, end users, suppliers, transportation or logistics providers or other subcontractors (Third Party Inputs); and
(b) despite anything to the contrary, to the maximum extent permitted by law, Lynx will not be responsible, and will have no Liability, for any default or breach of these Reseller Supplier Terms and Conditions or law, if such default or breach was caused or contributed to by any Third Party Inputs. This clause 6.6 will survive the termination or expiry of these Reseller Terms and Conditions of Sale.

(a) the provision of the matX Services may be contingent on, or impacted by, third parties, other customers’ use of xxxX.xxx.xx’s services, suppliers, other subcontractors (Third Party Inputs); and
(b) despite anything to the contrary, to the maximum extent permitted by law, xxxX.xxx.xx will not be responsible, and will have no Liability, for any default or breach of this Agreement or law, if such default or breach was caused or contributed to by any Third Party Inputs.

(a) the Software and/or Subscription may include Third Party Inputs that interface, or interoperate with, the Software and/or Subscription; and
(b) the provision of the Software and/or Subscription may be contingent upon, or impacted by, such Third Party Inputs (for example, our software may use or rely on third party technology).
14.2 To the extent that any Third Party Inputs are required by us in order to be able to provide the Software and/or Subscription to you:
(a) we agree to obtain and maintain the required licences for access and use of any Third Party Inputs (at no additional cost to you); and
(b) you agree to:
(1) where these are set out in an attachment to this Agreement, adhere to the terms and conditions of any such Third Party Input licences; and
(2) comply with our reasonable instructions and directions.
14.3 You acknowledge and agree that the benefit of the Third Party Input’s interface, or interoperation with, the Software and/or Subscription, is subject to your compliance with clauses 14.2.
Third Party Inputs. You acknowledge and agree that:
(a) the provision of the Deliverables may be contingent on, or impacted by, third parties, other customers’ use of the Company’s services, suppliers, other subcontractors (Third Party Inputs); and
(b) despite anything to the contrary, to the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company will not be responsible, and will have no Liability, for any default or breach of this Agreement or law, if such default or breach was caused or contributed to by any Third Party Inputs.
Third Party Inputs. The Customer acknowledges and agrees that: the performance of VITG's obligations under this Agreement may be contingent upon or affected by the acts or omissions of third parties, end users or suppliers (Third Party Inputs); and despite anything to the contrary and to the maximum extent permitted by Law, VITG will not be responsible, and will have no Liability, for any default or breach of this Agreement or the Law to the extent such default or breach was caused by or contributed to by any Third-Party Inputs (including any delay, omission, defect, or default in those Third-Party Inputs).

13.2. To the extent that any Third Party Inputs are required by us in order to be able to provide the Product and Services to you:
13.2.1. we agree to obtain and maintain the required licences for access and use of any Third Party Inputs (at no additional cost to you); and
13.2.2. you agree to:
13.2.2.1. where these are set out in an attachment to this Agreement, adhere to the terms and conditions of any such Third Party Input licences; and
13.2.2.2. comply with our reasonable instructions and directions.
13.3. You acknowledge and agree that the benefit of the Third Party Input’s interface, or interoperation with, the Product and Services, is subject to your compliance with clauses 13.2.
13.4. To the extent that you choose to use such functionality and they are not a part of the Product and Services, you are responsible for related to the applicable third-party software and services:
13.4.1. the purchase of;
13.4.2. the requirements; and
13.4.3. the licensing obligations,
13.5. It is your responsibility to ensure these requirements are met in order for you to benefit from the specific functionality made available to you.

(a) the provision of the SaaS Services may be contingent on, or impacted by, third parties, other customers’ use of our services, suppliers, other subcontractors (Third Party Inputs); and
(b) despite anything to the contrary, to the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be responsible and will have no Liability, for any default or breach of this Agreement or law, if such default or breach was caused or contributed to by any Third Party Inputs.
