Third-party On-site Maintenance. For most Supported Hardware ImageSoft will propose to Customer and purchase on behalf of Customer a third-party on-site maintenance contract. If an on-site maintenance contract is in effect, it will be identified in a related SOW, or through a renewal invoice for subsequent terms. If an on-site maintenance contract is in effect and an Error is confirmed by ImageSoft to be covered by the on-site maintenance contract, then, ImageSoft will either contact the third-party on behalf of the Customer, or direct Customer to do so.
